Things to do in Bali

We joined a half-day Mount Batur tour in Bali, starting super early at 2:50 AM from our hotel. After about an hour’s drive, we arrived at the meeting point and switched to a jeep to go up the mountain for sunrise 🌄 This was actually my first time riding a jeep, and it was SO fun and exciting! The sunrise was absolutely breathtaking — too beautiful for words. We also went to the Black Lava area for photos 📷 A big thank you to our photographer Mr. Ngurah — he was incredibly professional, kind, and super patient. We took so many beautiful couple photos that I’ll treasure forever 🥰 Around 8:30 AM, we went down the mountain and headed to the hot springs. Our driver Mr. Jaga was also very thoughtful and attentive — he even helped us while we were soaking in the hot spring! The service was truly amazing ⭐️ The only downside… sorry to say 🥹 the breakfast provided was really disappointing 🙄 But overall, this experience was unforgettable and absolutely worth it!

Experience: Very fun and a truly unforgettable experience. Instructor: A very nice and patient person. They encouraged me when I failed and gave me courage. Safety: The instructor is nearby to provide protection, so it's very safe. Location: Very close to the airport. Thank you 27surf for providing airport transfer service for me and my friend. We hadn't experienced traveling by motorcycle in Bali, and that day made up for our regret. We also took photos with the instructor and captured some amazing shots! We gave a Polaroid picture to the instructor, but unfortunately, we didn't get their WhatsApp number, so we don't know how the picture turned out 🥺. Overall, it was a perfect experience! It was the perfect ending to my Bali trip!

guide: Wayans during the afternoon very fun, patient, involved, and the fact he's local is great he can explain to us many things and traditions, he loves what he's doing and that's great. The guides we had for the snorkeling were amazing too, we spent very good time together, thanks to Alan, Isa and the captain ! itinéraire: it was private so very flexible, even tho the Manta Bay was too wavy, it was very pretty and we were laughing a lot with the crew. sécurité: Spécial thanks to Budi that explained to us everything and was all the way with us, an adorable team I recommend!

This is my fourth visit to Bali, and this time I saw the Kecak dance for the first time. Many people recommend Melasti Beach, but I chose this place, which was already famous, and watched the 6 pm performance. I arrived around 5 pm, but there were already a lot of people. I thought it might be a bit quiet since it was a weekday and the rainy season was slowly coming, but there was such a crowd that there weren't enough seats. The dance was a bit boring at the beginning, but it gradually became very interesting as the story progressed, and I think it was a satisfying performance for everyone. Due to the fire, the heat was considerable, so I think the 3rd to 5th rows are the best spots for viewing.

Highly recommended! There are several attractions with varying levels of speed, so everyone can find something to enjoy. The staff is super friendly, fun, and prepared to help you and answer any questions you may have. I ate at a restaurant inside the park with delicious Indonesian food! Inside, there are two swimming pools with a bar area and a relaxation zone equipped with sunbeds and deck chairs. I had a fantastic day, pure relaxation and adrenaline!

Definitely worth visiting for the animal shows! I arrived around 12:00 PM and went straight to the restaurant for lunch with the performance. While the food was average, the show was very enjoyable. After lunch, I had plenty of time to explore the zoo before leaving at 5:30 PM.

i highly recommend this, but i would recommend to go here around 4-5pm to avoid extreme afternoon heat. otherwise this is a great experience, food here is great just stroll around here for couple of hours and learn about Balinese culture.

This trip is recommended for first time travellers in Bali as you’ll be brought to such beautiful destinations, not to mention that those destinations require long drive so a private tour like this makes it so convenient. Likewise, our guide Tawan, was really helpful and proactive when I asked him how I should input our villa host’s mobile number in WhatsApp because I was experiencing technical error in my Agoda app where I booked our second villa (coming from Ubud then transferring to Canggu) so I couldn’t respond to our host’s messages — he did not only help me input the number but he proactively called our host and informed them where we were exactly at to set their expectation since it was a late checkin. Last but not the least, he took amazing photos of me and my husband in Uluwatu Temple. Had he not asked us to take photos, we would have not had such beautiful memories to look back to at any time. 😊

Where to begin?! This tour was amazing from beginnig to end! First dropped off for white water rafting, had a welcome drink, put on a vest, grabbed a paddle and onto the truck. You get transferred to the top of the trail and it’s about 10 mins walk down to the river. Paddle down the river, jump in and float down, stand under a waterfall, stop to have a beer half way and then keep going. After rafting, there is shower facilities, lunch was included so had some chicken curry, mie goreng and watermelon. Next we traveled to Alasan Adventures for the ATV. The set up was beautiful. Met at the lobby area and then directed up to the prep area where you got your locker key to store your gear then put on your ‘socks’ (plastic bags for your feet, hilarious), gumboots, and helmet. after a quick instruction off you went, it was amazing riding though mud, up and down, through a tunnel. After ATV have a shower and go to their restaurant which is gorgeous for more food. loved this and would go again!
