Overall it was a great orientation tour for first timers to Kyoto/Nara. If you would like to have more time to spend at key attractions in Kyoto, it would be better to skip the Sagano Scenic Train ride, otherwise it could be too rush to complete all spots and leaving not more time for lunch break. The tour guide, Tina has been helpful and professional throughout the trip.

The weather wasn’t ideal with snow and rain, but the scenery was still beautiful in its own quiet, wintery way. We had plenty of time at each stop to explore and enjoy the views. Feeding the seagulls at Ine Bay ended up being the highlight — such a fun and unexpected moment. A lovely and memorable day trip overall.
Thanks to our Guide, Lee, for managing the whole trip well, Everyone does well their part and was punctual.

I had the best experience with them. They gave me enough suggestions on which type of kimonos and obis would look good on me. They also assisted my husband with his Yakuta. The staff was super friendly inspite of being so busy. They gave me a couple of options for hairstyles and the final one turned out to be so beautiful. I would also want to give a special mention to photographer Paul, who clicked such beautiful pictures and guided us with poses and what to do throughout the entire process. Even the unedited photos were so pretty.

When you exit Kyoto Station through the Central Gate, look for the Nidec Kyoto Tower. Take the elevator to the 11th floor and redeem your ticket in front of the staff. Then, you can enjoy the view of Kyoto city. We went during sunset on a clear day with no clouds. The view was really beautiful.

Had an amazing time here! The front desk & Boatmen were so welcoming and very funny! They made the journey so much entertaining. The views I witness from this boat ride were remarkable. My eyes stayed wide the entire time! What a wonderful experience in my Japan trip ❤️

a very good place to bring your kids and families. There are a few activities that could be joined such as making a hat. there's a dolphin show. there are cafes and tables for you to eat and lots of place for you to take a break and rest. easy to redeem. the staff is friendly and helpful.

This activity was a very good experience. The staff service was excellent. There were many kimono to choose from. We booked the basic set, but it was already very beautiful. If you want a minimalist style, you have to pay extra, and beautiful hairstyles also cost an extra 1650 yen. We added that as well. The hair was done quickly and beautifully. There was someone to help dress us, which was very convenient. They also lend out bags and shoes for free.
