A very particular kind of building with an excellent location and a really nice view from the restaurant. The cleanliness of the room was a little disappointing since we had experienced immaculate rooms in other hotels in Japan

Allotjat amb amics · Per a amics i familiars

Nice hotel in a good location, room size was very big by Japanese standards but overall experience impacted by staff who weren’t very informative of the hotels amenities, the local area or the luggage transfer service

This was a 5 star stay. From the location, hotel amenities and breakfast to the staff this will be the best place I stayed in Japan. Doesn’t hesitate, stay here if you are visiting Kyoto.
