Bien! Généralement propre. Présence de moisissures dans la douche. La baignoire aurait besoin d’un récurage… literie de bonne qualité. Lits très fermes. Pas les plus confortables.

Location was great - walking distance to shops and restaurants. They provided free bottled water every day which was great because it was hot outside and we went through a lot of water.

Everything about the hotel was great, cleanliness to amenities. Five out of five, Staff did not give the usual Japan vibe, that smiling, cheerful and offering help. A very lovely hotel I have already recommended to my family who are planning a trip. Breakfast is the best. Bar is also great

Staff was super helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Yoshimatsu and Sena for taking care of my issue. The hotel is clean. Location is convenient. Flexible check in time when the room is available. We booked corner deluxe twin room with 2 extra beds for family of 4. They let us stay at 2 nd floor looking down the street from the window. You can hear the noise from cars and People from business at night. Maybe staying at higher levels you can avoid this problem.
