It's really uniquely located and has really great facilities and great staff, going above and beyond during that stay. We had a whole incident with my daughter'sphone being left behind in a car and a couple of staff members helped us locate the phone in a taxi room.

Immaculate hotel. Great location. Good size room with two double beds. Overall excellent.

The staff at Mitsui Sanjo Premiere was very polite and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, and it’s an easy walk to shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great location! We were able to walk to many areas we were interested in. So many options for restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean, safe, wonderful team members and had many amenities.

The property is extremely beautiful, the amenities, especially the onsen bath were amazing and the rooms were spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast and lunch were delicious and the bar staff were relatively attentive. The front staff were helpful and attentive. If you need to do laundry they do have public coin laundry but it is always very busy so you may be waiting a very long time. We wish we would’ve upgraded our room with laundry included as we ended up having to go to a laundromat down the street (in the rain).

The check-in took a very long time which I am still puzzled why! The picture of the hotel is very misleading. In expedia site, it gave the impression of beautiful green hills. In fact it’s location in city surrounded by buildings. Therefore, it’s kind of disappointing when I walked in the hotel because it’s not what I have expected. I booked a room with a view( that’s what it looks in the picture). They intended to assign me a windowless room. I was glad that I checked the room before I moved in. And I insisted to have an outside window. Other than the above, it’s an okay place to stay.

Very clean and the staff were very professional and inviting. Private onsen was fantastic. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. Loved that all lights were controlled by a center console. Definitely a must stay when you are in Kyoto. It was also walking distance to the markets.

We enjoyed our stay, staff are very friendly and helpful, the room area spacious and clean, clean he location is convenient ,highly recommended!
