From Americans - Beautiful property with great staff. Great 1 bedroom room with the best amenities around. Super close to a 7/11 and kyoto station. Would recommend and stay here again. The onsen was a new experience which I loved. Thank you ALA!

ALA HOTEL KYOTO was an excellent place to stay during our visit to Kyoto. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, with comfortable rooms that provided everything we needed after long days of exploring the city. The location was a major highlight, offering convenient access to Kyoto Station and making it easy to get around the city and beyond. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing despite being in such a convenient central location. Everything was well organized, and the service was consistently good throughout our stay. Overall, ALA HOTEL KYOTO provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, modern hotel in Kyoto.

Super clean and comfortable bedroom

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Easy access to the train station and public transit . The staff are exceptional and the hotel is clean and well appointed. The only disappointment were the laundry facilities, hold use an upgrade. Would recommend this hotel.

LOVED this hotel and stayed for 5 nights. Would definitely stay here again. Easy walk from the station, especially when traveling with luggage. The location was very convenient with 7-11 across the road and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was so comfortable. Beds and bedding were also very comfortable and made for many good nights of sleep. Complimentary water. Modern and spotlessly clean bathroom and toilet. We had a view out to Kyoto tower. Lots of usb ports was very useful. Staff were helpful and we could store our luggage at the hotel until check in. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed 3 nights. Overall good stay. There was a minor mix-up at the beginning, because we had shipped our luggage ahead of time from Osaka, the hotel staff put our luggage in our rooms before we checked in but they mixed up my luggage with someone else's so I had to take the misplace luggage downstairs and retrieve mine. Fortunately they were able to resolve it quickly so no harm done. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Had planned to use the gym, but it only had cardio machines and mats, and we got enough cardio in each day walking around. Beds were comfy but could have used more than one pillow per bed. Appreciated that the washers and dryers were free to use (just need to buy detergent). Would stay here again.
