Very convenient location. Two minutes walk to Kyoto station. Two minutes walk to restaurants and supermarket. Will stay again next time.

Excellent location nearby the central Kyoto station and a bunch of stores and restaurants around the area.
The room and the bathroom is tight but works well.
The Hotel is like express Hotel just to spend a few nights.
The breakfast is so so, a lot of japanese food and a some ocidental options (my case) I take it by convenience to have it in the Hotel but I dont know if worth it. If you find a good location near by may be a better option if you are ocidental person.
Laundry in the Hotel Helps.

This place is convenient to Kyoto Station, and has nice King Beds...they also have a public bath on the 2nd floor. But, to be honest, the front desk staff is a little strict/rude in their operations. Price was fair, but they also wanted to charge extra if you don't checkout by 10:00 am.
