Use the QR code obtained from Klook to scan and collect your physical ticket at the Komtar building on the 6th floor at the red kiosks, located right opposite the Ticket Center. You will then receive a paper wristband. When entering various attractions, simply have the staff scan the QR code on your wristband.

El creuer pel riu va ser fantàstic i molt ben organitzat. El guia, així com la senyora de la taquilla, van ser molt amables i servicials. El guia era un noi molt divertit, que va fer que el creuer de 90 minuts fos molt agradable amb les seves bromes i el seu bon humor. Et porta pel riu, fins que arriba a l'oceà i, de camí (i de tornada), pesques un peix, intentes agafar un cranc, collir una poma de manglar, aprens sobre les barques de pescadors, els vaixells de pesca, etc. i així successivament. L'únic que potser no t'agradarà és que el riu estava una mica brut i es podia veure la quantitat d'escombraries que la gent hi llença. Cap al final del creuer, el guia recollirà bastantes escombraries, cosa que és una pràctica habitual en cada creuer. A més, l'aigua semblava bruta i només espero que el govern i la gent d'allà continuïn fent esforços per netejar-la.

The aquarium soo niceeeee and beautiful. there are feeding shows to the fishes and stingrays at 2pm, 2.20pm and 2.40pm. Really worth it.

Una entrada i els guies us porten a una sortida. Així que feu tantes fotos com vulgueu abans d'avançar, tot i que podeu anar cap enrere, però encara queda molt per veure. Molt divertit i una gran activitat en grup.

I was skeptical at first as Penang's history is not new to me but this production pleasantly surprised me. It was a sincere production with engaging performances. Really appreciate the thoughtful screen on the tables of premium seating as there are pillars blocking the stage view. Dinner was pleasant, taste was good but not wow. Overall an awesome experience which I will definitely recommend for tourist.

We were so engaged in all of the tech stands there that I forgot to take the photos )) This museum works best for older children (10+), in my opinion. Definitely worth a visit, especially if combined with other attractions in Komtar

A really good museum to visit. The exhibits depict important aspects of Penang's history and the interactive nature of the museum makes it enjoyable for children and adults. The war part was a bit scary but this reflects the seriousness of that part of history as experienced by people living in Penang during WWII. The staff were friendly and happy to help when needed. I recommend the Penang History Gallery to anyone interested in history.

A la meva filla li va encantar. Va gaudir fent fotos i va riure molt en veure l'escena increïble. Malauradament, el preu de l'entrada no tenia una columna especial per a persones amb discapacitat (OKU), així que vam haver de comprar-la a preu normal i no era reemborsable. Vam comprar les entrades a través de Klook.
