The shop was stylish and charming, and all the staff were very kind. The tip, which was paid on the day, was indicated on the receipt when filling out the check form. The hot stone massage was wonderful, both in temperature and pressure. The tea set before and after the treatment was also delicious. I'm very satisfied!

100 amazing points, no buts. I've recommended it to all my close friends. The staff were so enthusiastic; I don't know how to swim and I'm extremely nearsighted (7 diopters), so they had to teach me how to breathe through the snorkel, then they pulled me along on a float while diving, pointing out each coral cluster. The diving mask was super clear and beautiful; even with my poor eyesight, I could see everything so clearly. If I get a chance to visit Da Nang again, I'll definitely take this tour again, haha.

Al pis 36 del Novotel, el més alt de Da Nang, hi ha un club a l'aire lliure. L'espai general és adequat, no especialment gran. L'ambient és molt bo, però el còctel inclòs en el paquet no és suficient. Si voleu gaudir de l'ambient, haureu de demanar altres begudes o cerveses pel vostre compte. Hi ha tant turistes com vietnamites, i es nota que tothom gaudeix de l'ambient. Si sou una persona molt introvertida, probablement podreu marxar després de beure la vostra beguda, altrament us sentireu fora de lloc. Podeu anar a la vora de l'edifici per fer fotos de la vista nocturna del riu Han, que és molt bonica i encantadora. Cal tenir en compte que es pot fumar a tota la zona del club, així que si sou sensible al fum, realment no podreu quedar-vos-hi gaire temps.

It was a last minute booking because of the weather. I thought there will be a lot of students/guest who wants to join but it end up to be only two of us. I did had fun and learned a lot. Our instructor Hubb is knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Vietnamese coffee and culture.

This is a multi-story building, so you'll need to take the elevator. The design is very comfortable. The reception is on the first floor, and the restaurant is on the second floor. I had a 90-minute herbal ball and hot stone massage. The therapist was very attentive; she noticed my subtle movements when I was uncomfortable lying down and helped me adjust. The pressure was perfectly adequate, and I even fell asleep. Afterward, I went to the second-floor restaurant for some delicious fruit and yogurt. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I'm completely satisfied and will definitely return.

the place is nice , the staff is friendly however i think klook inclusion is a bit misleading. the klook inclusion stated headspa, facial, massage, foot soak/scrub with manicure and pedicure. But as you can see on the picture i only receive manicure. The staff mentioned the offer is valid for either one not both. Its not the staff fault but i think klook should update the inclusion.

Babylon SPA is highly recommended. The therapists are skilled, and the massage environment is clean and comfortable. We tried other massage parlors and found a significant difference in therapist skill; it's clear that training makes a real difference, and you only realize it after comparing. We needed to change our massage time, and by simply entering the store's phone number into WhatsApp, we could contact them instantly online. The store's service attitude and efficiency are excellent, and they actively accommodate customer requests, which is commendable. For the price, we feel we received excellent service quality, making it highly recommended.
