★★★★★ Amazing service — highly recommended! This was one of the best experiences of my Da Nang trip. The seller was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. When I needed to change my schedule, they contacted the local operator directly and arranged everything for me. Replies were always fast, and they even helped with things before I asked. It honestly felt less like dealing with a seller and more like having a personal local guide taking care of me. The service, kindness, communication, and problem-solving were excellent. 100 amazing points, no buts. I've recommended it to all my close friends. The staff were so enthusiastic; I don't know how to swim and I'm extremely nearsighted (7 diopters), so they had to teach me how to breathe through the snorkel, then they pulled me along on a float while diving, pointing out each coral cluster. The diving mask was super clear and beautiful; even with my poor eyesight, I could see everything so clearly. If I get a chance to visit Da Nang again, I'll definitely take this tour again, haha.

After applying, I sent a confirmation email to their official website. I received a prompt and polite reply with important information. The shop was stylish and charming, and all the staff were very kind. The tip, which was paid on the day, was indicated on the receipt when filling out the check form. The hot stone massage was wonderful, both in temperature and pressure. The tea set before and after the treatment was also delicious. I'm very satisfied!

It was a last minute booking because of the weather. I thought there will be a lot of students/guest who wants to join but it end up to be only two of us. I did had fun and learned a lot. Our instructor Hubb is knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Vietnamese coffee and culture.

På 36:e våningen i Novotel, den högsta byggnaden i Da Nang, ligger en utomhusklubb. Utrymmet är lagom stort, inte särskilt stort. Atmosfären är mycket bra, men den cocktail som ingår i paketet räcker egentligen inte. Om du vill njuta av atmosfären måste du köpa fler drinkar eller öl på egen bekostnad. Här finns både turister och vietnameser, och det märks att alla njuter av atmosfären. Om du är en mycket introvert person kan du förmodligen gå efter att ha druckit din drink, annars kommer du nog att känna dig malplacerad. Du kan gå till kanten av byggnaden och fotografera nattutsikten över Han-floden på andra sidan, den är mycket vacker och charmig. En viktig sak att notera är att rökning är tillåten i hela klubbområdet, så om du är känslig för rök kommer du verkligen inte att kunna stanna länge.

We are not usually into excursions, but this one was just perfect. We booked the evening before the scheduled tour, but communication was effective. The trip was well organised. It was with a small group of people, which was really good. We finished the trip with a great experience. The lunch was very authentic and included in the package. Although the weather wasn't the best due to rain, it did not dampen our experience. Our tour guide Tu was fun, informative, engaging, and took amazing photos! Knows all the best angles! Our experience was amazing and breathtaking. The communication was great and easy. Directions was very clear and was able to get to location easy. We were guided to our boat and was welcomed on board with water and fresh cut fruits. They had a dance entertainer at the beginning. The river cruise was beautiful and for the 9pm fire and water breathing the boat parked perfectly with picture/video perfect views. great experience! would highly recommend to friends and family. The food was okay and served as a plated meal. The cruise leaves exactly on time, so make sure to be punctual. Overall, you’ll definitely enjoy the tour.
