this was a fun and useful class. firstly, it was great that 1 person can enroll (most require min. 2 people). the class started off going to the nearby wet market to pick up some ingredients for our dishes. back at the house, Ngan (our instructor) explained what dishes we would be making and what ingredients were used. by the end of the class, we made salted vietnamese coffee, beef pho, bun cha, mango salad and deep fried vietnamese spring rolls. all turned out authentic tasting and delicious. i love this experience and I’ve already made the spring rolls since returning home and it turned out really good😅 Ngan is a great instructor, very patient in teaching us how to prepare and cook the food. I highly recommend this class. oh…there’s the sweetest resident kitty there😊
It was a fun experience as we got to see their local markets, how they buy their groceries. We also asked about coffee and our guide went out of her way to help us. The cooking class itself was interesting. We exchanged ideas about cooking and life in Vietnam in general.
市場の散策からスタートし、みんなで協力して5品を仕上げる実践的な料理教室です。 いわゆる「インスタ映え」を狙った観光客向けの装飾ではなく、ベトナムの一般家庭にお邪魔して、フレンドリーな現地の女の子に料理を教わるような、ほんわかとしたアットホームな空間でした。プロ向けの厳格な料理学校というよりは、家庭的なベトナム料理を楽しく作れるようになるのがゴールという雰囲気で、肩肘張らずに参加できます。 一部の教室にあるような「用意されたものを仕上げるだけ(3分クッキング方式)」ではなく、自分たちが食べる分はしっかりと自分たちで作り切るスタイルなのがとても良かったです。衛生面への配慮もしっかりしており、生の豚肉を切ったまな板や包丁はその都度きちんと洗浄する手順が組み込まれていて、安心感がありました(トイレも問題なく利用可能です)。 国によっては厳しい指導の教室もありますが、この温かくリラックスした空気感こそがベトナムならではの魅力だと感じました。ローカルな日常を味わいながら、しっかり料理体験をしたい方にとてもおすすめです。

We had a wonderful cooking lesson with Lily and Hei! It was so fun to see the fruits, vegetables and meats in the market, and they explained all the different choices to us. the cooking school was a short walk from the market. I couldn’t believe that we were able to cook pho, meatballs, mango salad and also spring rolls in just 3 1/2 hours. everything was delicious and we had extra food leftover that we took home. It was a perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon in Da Nang! We were a group of 7 including a grandma and two college students. everyone loved it. expect lots of chopping!
One of the best ways to experience Vietnamese culture is to learn how to prepare their dishes and this gave us just that and more! Loved the part where our instructor, Blue, took us around the local market to buy the ingredients. Learned about the type of mango used particularly for salads, and different noodle types. Blue taught us to first make salt coffee (so we stay awake during class - clever and funny) then we started preparing the broth for the pho since it was the longest to make. My fave for this class is the Bun Cha! It’s a great experience and highly recommended for all visitors in Da Nang.
We had a great time there, It was an unforgettable experience.The entire process was in English and The girls English was absolutely good:) Everyone in our family loved the program. It was great that we learnt how the locals pick their ingredients for their food in the market. Our instructor had explained everything perfectly in details. They answered every question we asked.I am very glad we booked this program, it really worth to try it out :)
We had a great time with our tutor Lily. Despite we cannot join the wet market tour due to bad weather condition, we spent more time in the kitchen with Lily. Lily was very patient to our parents and made them laugh a lot. All the dishes tasted delicious and they are dishes that you can cook at home. We recommend this activity to everyone visiting Da Neng!
Отличный мастер класс получился,я оказалась одна,не говорю по Английски,но девушка была замечательная, через гугл переводчик все обьяснила,так как я была утром и одна,попросила заменить мне часть блюд,мы готовили фо бо,бун ча ,соленный вьетнамский кофе и кофе с яйцом все было вкусно,с улыбкой,сходили на базар что рядом купили продукты, потом пошли готовить! Лучший опыт мой,брала через приложение Klook всем советую ,добиралась на такси сама 27.000 донгов дали сертификат и книгу рецептов ! Всем советую
使用What app 聯繫比較方便,從最開始的走到市場採買食物,可以看的出每個國家採購習慣的不同。全程是英文所以如果需要中文服務可能的話需要翻譯會比較好,否則不會知道製作食物的細節。製作內容不難,用卡式爐烹煮,整體時間與油煙不多,其實很適合在家裡自己嘗試,如果有太特殊的設備反而在家裡就不會煮了! 建議可以提供圖卡來說明食材與歷史,用簡單的簡報或列印就能讓來的人更清楚,教學的人都很親切可愛,越南是真的能夠代表女性力量的一個國家。
