Coses a fer a Wulai Hot Springs

I've enjoyed onsens in Taiwan and this one takes one of the top spots for my favorite places. The view from the public bath was beautiful and serene. It has tea and coffee, the products you can use after bathing are of great quality too. My only concern was for some reason, the water from the showers only produced hot water even after turning the knob to cold. The jet pools are perfect. Overall a great experience.

I came to the public bath on a weekday and it's so quiet and nice. On the day I visited, only Taiwanese people were in the baths. The staff are very friendly... The receptionists speak excellent English, and when I wasn't sure where to go in the bath area, a staff member came over and used a translator to guide me. They were truly kind. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it was really great. For those using the public bath, just show your Klook voucher at reception, get your key, go down the stairs, and the women's bath is on the left and the men's bath is on the right (written in Korean). You can enter accordingly. Like a Korean sauna, you put your shoes in the locker corresponding to your key number, come in, undress in a locker, put on a gown and a hair cap, then come to the public bath area, shower, and then enter the bath. They asked us to remove our makeup before entering if we were wearing any! (Let's be polite Koreans and follow this rule, haha.) But honestly, there's no need to wear makeup when going to a hot spring. Cell phones are prohibited inside the bath! You can use them in the resting area. And the water is super soft, it feels like it's good for your skin.

September 5, 2026. This is a family-style hot spring inn, so it's not recommended for those with high expectations! The hot spring water is very comfortable and leaves your skin feeling smooth. Basic amenities are provided. The couple's set meal was delicious and very filling. There aren't many parking spaces directly in front, but there are parking spots available nearby.

Un dels moments més destacats del meu viatge a Taiwan va ser la visita a Wulai. És un lloc preciós i perfecte per a qualsevol que busqui una escapada ràpida de la vida urbana. L'experiència de les aigües termals va ser especialment memorable, ja que era la primera vegada que provava un onsen. Les instal·lacions eren excel·lents, i va ser agradable veure locals a la casa de banys que semblaven conèixer-se, cosa que donava al lloc una sensació càlida i comunitària. Tot i que cap dels membres del personal dominava l'anglès, es van assegurar que estigués ben atès. El que va fer l'experiència encara millor va ser l'àpat gratuït després del bany i el servei de transport gratuït de tornada al poble. En general, va ser una experiència relaxant i que va valer la pena, i sens dubte hi tornaria en la meva propera visita a Taiwan.

Great private onsen experience, the room was spacious with amazing view. only drawback is the distance from the town, however a private shuttle can be arranged (100NT one way).

De tots els tours que vaig reservar, aquest va ser el meu preferit. L'agència de viatges em va notificar que no hi havia prou parlants d'anglès que haguessin reservat el tour, així que ens vam unir al grup de parla xinesa. El senyor Eric, el nostre conductor, va ser molt lloable i complaent! Va ser realment útil i va intentar explicar-ho tot en anglès. Gràcies per aquesta experiència encantadora i relaxant! Extremadament bonic i divertit. És gairebé com una muntanya russa per a nens. Ofereix una bonica vista de les cascades i el riu, a més de la natura circumdant dispersa entre alguns habitants. És un viatge agradable. Es movia bé.

We made a last-minute decision to visit that day. After calling to confirm availability, we smoothly boarded the shuttle, and everything went perfectly. We chose the Yinglin room, and the Atayal tribal house theme was absolutely stunning; it was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The staff on-site meticulously explained all the important details, and the front desk personnel were very professional and friendly. The entire experience was excellent. Afterward, we could enjoy tea and snacks, then head to the bookstore to stretch. There's also the Wulai Old Street to explore. Highly recommended!

La nostra excursió estava formada per sis persones, així que era molt petita i fàcil de moure en una monovolum. La ciutat visitada durant el viatge a la muntanya de Wulai era molt tranquil·la i no estava tan massificada com altres excursions que he fet a Taipei. El guia turístic va ser molt amable i informatiu.
