I bought the 120 minutes room voucher. Hassle free and the soak is amazing! Very big pool with hot and cold mineral water spring water. I love the balcony where you can have a rest after a steamy hot soak. Wulai is a small and quiet place with very hospitable and friendly people.

平日去非常少人，這排很多溫泉，但招牌蠻明顯很容易認出來，進去後跟櫃台說要兌換核銷馬上就有房間，兩小時的時間以客房形式來說是正常價格，但因為想體驗看看溪景所以購買，有冷池跟熱池，看起來蠻乾淨的，雖然陰天所以看起來景色普普，但溫泉泡起來感受還是不錯！房間裡有提供礦泉水，大概退房前五分鐘會電話提醒，退房給完鑰匙就可以離開了，大概體驗一次即可。

溫泉水的質感很好，滑滑順順，泡完身體也覺得很輕鬆！整體環境乾淨舒適，可以得到很好的休息

房間乾淨，空間寬敞，面對南勢溪景色優美，冷熱兩池空間很大

雙人湯屋很大間，裡面還有冷氣及風扇，泡湯結束還附贈花茶。

平價且環境舒適，飯店人員態度很好 ，回答問題也都很迅速，是值得再訪的飯店

因為現場票卷配合的房型沒有了！要等一個小時！現有房型需＋價300！但整體還不錯！房間很大！溫泉池也很大！還有小霧台可以看溪景！空間大下次還考慮帶小孩來！然後就是說明是會贈花茶！但我此次是沒有贈送到的🥺有點可惜...！

Visited Wulai for hot springs during weekday and it was very serene. Had to wait for one-hour before entering the room and we took the time to had lunch first. Service from the hotel was good where its receiptionist used Google Translate to communicate with us. The view from the room is so pretty despite the rainy weather. The hot tub was also good and spacious. Would recommend others to try this when visiting Wulai.
