A well-designed itinerary that allows just enough time to enjoy each destination without feeling too rushed. Our wonderful guide James speak three languages including Chinese and English. He's very attentive and helpful. The lavender is already gone in late September but the other flowers are still in bloom. 100% recommended!

We joined a one-day tour in Furano, and the itinerary was incredibly smooth throughout the day. Although there were many attractions and the pace was a bit fast, we had enough time at each location for photos and food, so the scheduling was perfectly fine. Before the trip, I saw some reviews mentioning that people might get hungry, but actually, there was food available for purchase at every stop along the way. Hokkaido's white corn was super sweet, the melon bread was fragrant and soft, and the croquettes were also delicious, so there was absolutely no need to worry about going hungry. Special praise goes to our tour guide, Chillin! The group included foreigners, Japanese, Chinese, and Hong Kongers, and she was able to communicate with everyone in their respective languages. Her explanations were clear and friendly, which created a wonderful atmosphere for the entire group. The luckiest part was that everyone in the group was incredibly punctual, so the timing at each stop was perfectly managed, with no delays at all. Our guide also gave us tips at each attraction on which souvenirs were worth buying, which were inexpensive, and which offered good value for money, which was very practical for those who struggle with shopping! Overall, this tour offered great value for money and is highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit multiple classic attractions in one day.

This was my first time in Hokkaido, and I was traveling alone with limited mobility, so I was a bit anxious. However, I found a tour that met all my expectations and decided to join for the first time! I was initially worried because the guide and driver were foreigners, but they provided explanations and guidance meticulously in both Japanese and their native language, and they were very pleasant! At the zoo, we barely had enough time to look around and didn't have a chance to eat lunch. I thought an extra 30 minutes would have been nice. Also, I wondered if we would have seen the main animals better if we had entered through the main gate. Overall, though, it was enjoyable to see many animals unique to Hokkaido! The Seven Star Tree and the Patchwork Road were also very beautiful! Farm Tomita was crowded with tourists, and I couldn't try the melon souvenirs, so I wished I had more time there. Nevertheless, I'm grateful and had a great time visiting many places I wouldn't have been able to see on my own. Thank you very much!

On August 25, 2026, we met at Exit 31 of Datong Station to join the 11:10 AM tour. We had the pleasure of having Hanna, a very elegant and knowledgeable tour guide, and Mr. Kasai, our driver. Hanna professionally explained the itinerary and provided excellent service throughout the trip. The advantage of departing a bit later was truly great, as we avoided large crowds and rush hour traffic on the way back. We didn't even have to wait in line for dinner. Although the journey was a bit long, it was well worth it for the beautiful scenery. We visited the Blue Pond, the Herb Garden (shopping for lavender products), Shikisai-no-Oka, Farm Tomita, a melon farm, and enjoyed the illuminated Ningle Terrace at Furano Prince Hotel (a nighttime activity). We returned at 9 PM.

Our tour guide, Hana, was always smiling, energetic, and very patient. Even on a one-day tour, she made us feel right at home. Hana thoroughly explained the background of each attraction and recommended delicious local specialties at every stop, such as fruit corn and lavender ice cream. She was also excellent at helping travelers take photos! Hana introduced us to Hokkaido's unique characteristics, local products, and even taught us little tidbits like how to distinguish different grades of cantaloupe. She also shared her personal recommendations for must-try foods in Sapporo, helping visitors to Japan understand Hokkaido better. Even though it rained that day, we still had a wonderful experience.

Best trip for those who don’t want to start early in the morning, well arranged and enjoyable trips.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Molt recomanable! Vaig participar en aquesta excursió d'un dia pels llocs més populars de Hokkaido i m'ho vaig passar d'allò més bé! En un sol dia vam visitar el Zoo d'Asahiyama, la cascada Shirahige, l'Estany Blau de Biei, la Terrassa dels Elfs i l'Arbre de les Celebrities d'Internet. Tots els llocs eren preciosos i val la pena visitar-los! El guia Sunny va ser molt amable i proper, va explicar-ho tot clarament i va tenir cura de tothom. La gestió del temps va ser perfecta, sense presses ni retards. El transport era còmode i la relació qualitat-preu, excel·lent.

El dia de la visita el temps era molt bo i, a més, no hi havia gaires turistes, així que vam poder passejar i fer fotos amb tranquil·litat, i el paisatge era realment bonic. El guia, el senyor Dong, ens va recomanar el blat de moro local, que era molt dolç. No vaig triar l'opció de menjar meló cantalup fins a atipar-me, però allà també en venien a trossos, així que vaig pensar que amb una o dues rodanxes ja n'hi havia prou per tastar-lo. Si voleu tastar gelats de lavanda i meló cantalup, no cal que us compliqueu, a la granja Tomita hi ha sabors combinats, així que podeu tastar els dos alhora. L'horari de tot el recorregut estava perfectament organitzat, amb prou temps per passejar i fer fotos amb calma, sense que fos massa atapeït. Les pauses eren suficients, l'autobús i els voltants dels llocs turístics estaven molt nets, i el guia, el senyor Dong, va ser molt entusiasta, ens va informar sobre alguns aperitius i productes locals, i on comprar-los amb una bona relació qualitat-preu.

Our tour guide lucy is very recommended! not only the tour is fun and amazing but the tour guide as well. Lucy helped us a lot guided us to what to buy and instructed us clearly to where to go. very organized and kind. would definitely come back!
