We booked our Carnival Magic package via Klook with Royal Seat upgrade, buffet dinner, and join‑in transfer. As a family of three, this was one of our best Phuket activities. We skipped the transfer going in to arrive at opening (5:30 PM) for a relaxed start. The buffet hall was grand but food options were average and the kids’ section could be better. The show, however, was phenomenal — creative, impressive, and captivating. Even my 6‑year‑old, usually hesitant with shows, was amazed throughout. After the show (ending around 9 PM), we paid 500 baht for a buggy ride through the Kingdom of Lights, which was worth it for kids and elderly. For the return, the join‑in transfer was smooth: staff at the counter guided us to the van, and after a short wait, we were dropped back at our Phuket Town hotel. Overall, Carnival Magic is a must‑visit; while the buffet can improve, the show and service made the evening unforgettable.

Va ser realment una de les millors experiències que he tingut mai. La Momo, la nostra guia, va ser increïblement organitzada i amable. La seva comunicació i la seva ajuda van fer que tot el viatge fos molt divertit. Recomano molt reservar aquest tour; no us en penedireu.

I enjoyed myself. I was the last customer there so I got to feed the elephants by myself. My guide was very nice, informative & communicated with me very well. Which was good for me because I’m a shy person & it helped me feel comfortable. He also took many photos & videos for me during the activity. The elephants eat fast so I got to just watch & pet them for a few minutes. It was a great experience!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the sanctuary. The facilities there are amazing. The elephants are kept very nicely, and all the people working there are very friendly. The food they served was amazing. The entire program, everything we did—feeding the elephants, making food for the elephants, playing with them in the mud, and bathing them—was an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience. We had an incredible day there. I would recommend this activity to everybody visiting Phuket.

The therapist was professional. However, the product description on klook about mango sticky rice is misleading. I asked on the spot and the staff said it’s served in Bangkok.

Servei de molt alta qualitat pel preu. El lloc és molt acollidor per dins. Em vaig sentir a gust i en pau. Va superar les meves expectatives, ja que tot l'estrès es va dissoldre després d'un massatge celestial de dues hores amb oli calent. La terapeuta va ser increïble i l'"amfitrió" és igualment servicial. Totalment recomanable.
