the experience is the best! I recommend this activity. You have time to feed the elephants, mudbath with them then wash and beush them after. The sanctuary also takes photos for free and very professional. They have towels and shower bath when you change. you can use the free Thai costume for free. Very friendly staff and helpful. The location is not so far from Patong. This activity is recommendable!

This was definitely a highlight of our trip, we did the feed and spa package. Easy pick up and drop off from our hotel, the guide was funny, informative and a smaller group made it more personal and interactive. The elephants were amazing such beautiful animals, this place does great work!

В целом всё понравилось. Брали только кормление слонов, без купания. Перед мероприятием выдали воду. Давали целое ведро с фруктами, можно было подходить к разным слонам. Везде сидели работники центра и контролировали процесс. Без проблем помогали сделать фото и помочь с кормлением, если необходимо. В конце угостили арбузами, вновь выдали воду и дали разукрасить своих личных гипсовых слоников, останется на память в качестве магнита-сувенира х)

La part de banyar els elefants val molt la pena. El personal que explica les coses parla anglès una mica ràpid, però si els hi fas preguntes, et responen de manera amable i detallada. També hi ha empleats que parlen una mica de xinès. L'excursió de mig dia també inclou un bufet per dinar i el transport d'anada i tornada. Dos dies abans de la sortida, t'enviaran un missatge en anglès per reconfirmar. Tot i que Phuket Elephant Care no és l'opció més barata, està més a prop de la zona de l'aeroport i se centra principalment en la conservació, així que en general, val molt la pena apuntar-s'hi.

We had a wonderful day with these fantastic animals. The guide was very funny and friendly and the half day program was nicely organized.

We took about an 1h and 15 mins to get to the sanctuary, as we were located on another corner of Phuket island, with another pick up along the way. Mr Anais was incredibly helpful and helped us along with photos and carrying the bucket. He made the experience of meeting the elephants much more enriching and memorable. glad to see the elephants are in good hands. thank you.

it was a lovely experience. we learned basic information about elephants, we fed them and pet them. we took photos. we made diy magnets. elephants are so lovely ❤️

By far this is the most fun experience I had in Phuket. The elephants are treated well. I was skeptical about the elephants because I’m not a fan of big animals and I have to say they are pretty cool 🤩😍. If you visit Phuket with kids, this activity is a must 👍👍👍 Big thank you to Matt and everyone at Phuket elephants care 🙏

this was an experience i will never ever forget. the people here truly love the elephants and take great care of them. they are friendly, helpful and kind and we had an absolute blast.
