Nag-book kami ng aming Carnival Magic package sa Klook na may Royal Seat upgrade, buffet dinner, at join-in transfer. Bilang isang pamilya na may tatlong miyembro, ito ang isa sa aming pinakamagandang aktibidad sa Phuket. I enjoyed myself. I was the last customer there so I got to feed the elephants by myself. My guide was very nice, informative & communicated with me very well. Which was good for me because I’m a shy person & it helped me feel comfortable. He also took many photos & videos for me during the activity. The elephants eat fast so I got to just watch & pet them for a few minutes. It was a great experience!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the sanctuary. The facilities there are amazing. The elephants are kept very nicely, and all the people working there are very friendly. The food they served was amazing. The entire program, everything we did—feeding the elephants, making food for the elephants, playing with them in the mud, and bathing them—was an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience. We had an incredible day there. I would recommend this activity to everybody visiting Phuket.

The therapist was professional. However, the product description on klook about mango sticky rice is misleading. I asked on the spot and the staff said it’s served in Bangkok.

Very high quality service for the price. The place is very cosy on the inside. Felt as ease and at peace. Exceeded my expectation as all the stress dissolves away after an heavenly 2hour hot oil massage. The therapist was amazing and the "host" is equally helpful. Highly recommended.
