We booked our Carnival Magic package via Klook with Royal Seat upgrade, buffet dinner, and join‑in transfer. As a family of three, this was one of our best Phuket activities. We skipped the transfer going in to arrive at opening (5:30 PM) for a relaxed start. The buffet hall was grand but food options were average and the kids’ section could be better. The show, however, was phenomenal — creative, impressive, and captivating. Even my 6‑year‑old, usually hesitant with shows, was amazed throughout. After the show (ending around 9 PM), we paid 500 baht for a buggy ride through the Kingdom of Lights, which was worth it for kids and elderly. For the return, the join‑in transfer was smooth: staff at the counter guided us to the van, and after a short wait, we were dropped back at our Phuket Town hotel. Overall, Carnival Magic is a must‑visit; while the buffet can improve, the show and service made the evening unforgettable.

En general, tot va ser molt bo, l'organització fluida, amb personal coordinant i atenent cada part. El personal també va ser molt entusiasta i amable. Excepte la cua per al "rolling", que va ser una mica llarga, tot va anar sense problemes. L'únic punt a millorar seria l'organització del transport de tornada. Els horaris de sortida són fixos cada dues hores. Per exemple, si teníem previst tornar a les 14:30, però per algun motiu ens vam endarrerir i vam perdre el vehicle de les 14:30, hauríem d'esperar fins a la següent tanda a les 16:30, la qual cosa suposa una espera molt llarga. Per això, aquell dia vam haver d'afanyar-nos per agafar el transport de tornada, i va ser una mica caòtic. Suggerim que els horaris siguin més flexibles, ja que els vehicles que proporciona el parc són petits i no necessiten transportar un gran nombre de passatgers alhora.

Great experience at the park. The park was clean and managed efficiently. The slides were a lot of fun and suitable for adults and young children. Especially enjoyed the relaxing pools with bars for refreshments. You receive a wistband that can be used to open lockers and and add funds for buying food and drinks. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend for a day trip.

The environment is quiet, comfortable, and clean. Booking through Klook offers a great price, much cheaper than walking in directly at the shop. A 120-minute Thai massage is under $180. Highly recommended!

An amazing experience!! This was my first time interacting with elephants, and it exceeded my expectations. I learned so much from the director, who was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. I left feeling confident that the elephants are well cared for and treated with respect. The staff was so friendly and even took photos on my phone for me, and they also provided professional photos free of charge, which was such a nice bonus. I chose the feeding and bathing experience, and it was definitely the highlight of my trip, it was so much fun! If you're visiting Thailand, I highly recommend adding this to your itinerary. It's an unforgettable experience!

Really enjoyed our visit here. This aquarium has so much more than just fish! Aside from the diverse freshwater and marine sea life, we were surprised to see mammals, reptiles, and birds too. The environment is very clean and pleasant. They also host different animal performances throughout the day which added a lot of fun to the experience. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Phuket!

Uau! Vam rebre un massatge tailandès i el massatge amb boles tailandeses. Exactament el que necessitàvem. L'spa és preciós i el personal va ser molt amable. Tant de bo ens haguéssim quedat tot el dia!
