Creuer de 2 dies i 1 nit amb els Grand Pioneers: badia de Ha Long i Sung Sot

Ens va encantar tot d'aquest creuer i el recomanaríem molt als nostres amics i familiars! Era la nostra primera vegada a Vietnam i l'hospitalitat del personal del creuer va ser increïble! Un agraïment especial a l'Alice i al Louis per cuidar-nos durant aquest viatge! L'habitació era neta, moderna i tenia totes les comoditats. El menjar sempre va ser increïble i les excursions i activitats també van ser de primera categoria! No dubteu a reservar un creuer a la badia de Halong amb Grand Pioneers!

Beautiful boat, great crew and delicious food. you can take the excursions or stay and enjoy the amenities on the boat. The pool was beautiful but I didn’t take the time to actually use it on this trip. I would definitely book with them again in the future.

天気が良い日だったので、理想的な景色を見ることができました！部屋も綺麗で快適です。欲しい人は飲み物など持ち込むといい景色で楽しめるかもしれません。一点気になったのは、グランドパイオニアーズを予約したのですが、事前に変更するという連絡なく、カリスタクルーズという会社に変更されていたことです。klookでは両方の会社を直接予約可能であり、価格も異なるのですが、こちらから指摘するまでは差額の払い戻しのオファーはなかったです。(カリスタの方が数千円から一万円程度安い)何かの手違いとは思いますが、予約される方は注意した方が良いと思います。(私は部屋のアップグレードと払い戻しを約束いただいたので、払い戻されれば大変満足な経験でした)。写真の浴槽はカリスタのレガシールームにアップグレード後のものです。携帯の電波は移動中一時途切れますが、ほとんどの場面で繋がります。

We booked the 2D1N Grand Pioneers Cruise and it was such a wonderful experience! I’m currently pregnant and traveling with my husband, and the whole crew took extra care of us from the moment we stepped on board. They were attentive, kind, and always checked if I was comfortable throughout the trip. The guide was amazing, the itinerary was well-planned, and the room was beautiful. The views of Ha Long Bay were unforgettable. Transfers were smooth, but the cruise service itself was exceptional. Overall, highly recommended especially for couples, families, and even for expecting moms like me. We felt safe, relaxed, and very well taken care of. 🤍

This was an unforgettable experience — truly heartwarming in every way. The cruise, its facilities, and especially the service were impeccable. From the moment we booked, our amazing SST Travel operator, Dophin, stayed in touch, helping us adjust pickup details and sending clear instructions (with photos!) that made everything effortless. The operation was impressively well-organized — we received timely WhatsApp reminders for each step, so we never had to worry or reach out for help. Special thanks to Dophin, who even assisted with last-minute itinerary changes late at night. This level of care made the entire journey completely stress-free.

行程安排：旅行社提供接送酒店服務，出行很方便，於出發前，會whatsapp聯絡，核實資料及注意事項。抵達郵輪後，check in及食lunch buffet ，郵輪餐廳會有專責員工服務，服務我們餐飲的是PHI，他很細心，會幫忙剝蝦殼。用膳後，便開始探島，去了Surprise Cave及TiTop島，隨行船員會作出講解，讓你了解有關歷史及有趣的故事，晚飯時間，提供晚餐套餐，當中有龍蝦，牛扒，非常豐富。而當晚是慶祝男朋友生日，旅行社向郵輪備註，作出安排，但真的很驚喜，除了有枱面裝飾，船員還載歌載舞，更有鮮花及生日蛋糕，場面熱鬧，愉快，很難忘。 性價比：雖然價錢比同類稍高，但服務良好，盡責及有禮，很值得體驗。 服務：旅行社回覆迅速，有禮，郵輪員工熱情，所以整體感覺很好，愉快的郵輪之旅。

Our Ha Long Bay trip with Grand Pioneers was an amazing experience. The entire journey was seamless and well-organized. The cruise was luxurious, with beautifully designed rooms that were clean, spacious, and offered great views. We truly appreciated the availability of vegetarian food, which was delicious and satisfying. Grand Pioneers exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium Ha Long Bay experience! A big shoutout to Maddie from SST travels, who was incredibly helpful from the start. She ensured smooth coordination of our trip from Hanoi and even arranged a pickup from our hotel, which wasn’t part of the original booking. Her support made a huge difference.

We had the absolute best time on the Grand Pioneers 2D1N cruise to Ha Long Bay! From start to finish, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautiful—spacious, comfortable, and with stunning views of the bay right from our window. Waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. The itinerary was perfectly balanced with fun activities and plenty of time to relax and soak in the breathtaking surroundings. Every meal was a highlight—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Huge thanks to the talented chef for treating us to such incredible cuisine throughout the trip. We want to give a very special shoutout to our amazing server, Gucci, who took such great care of us the entire time. Gucci’s attentiveness, warmth, and friendly service made the experience even more memorable. We left with full hearts and bellies, and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a magical getaway in Ha Long Bay!

初めてのハノイ旅行で、このハロン湾クルーズが目的でした　予約してから　なかなか　予約確定とならず　大変不安な時間もありました　2日前にショートメールでスケジュール等の連絡が細かに対応してくださり　予約前の不安は払拭されました　想像していたより素晴らしい景色とお食事　スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティ五つ星です　ハロン湾へ行きたい方　ぜひクルーズで一泊をお勧めします　特にパイオニア号素晴らしいです　テープが担当してくださったTAOHさん　いろいろ気を使ってくださりありがとうございました　また旅してみたいです
