하노이에서 매연과 소음으로부터 벗어나 진정한 청정자연 속에서 힐링할 수 있었습니다. 직원들 모두가 너무너무 친절했고 리조트 시설도 서울 5성급호텔보다 좋았어요. 특히나 개인적인 공간으로 꾸며진 발코니와 세련되고 깨끗했던 화장실이 무척 만족스러웠습니다. 다른 크루즈보다 비싼건 이유가 있어요. 음식도 다 너무 맛있었고 하노이에서 오고 갈때 이용했던 리무진 벤도 너무 편안했습니다. 2박할걸 아쉬웠어요. 주변 지인들에게도 하롱베이 간다고 하면 적극 추천할거에요. 사파에서 고된 일정을 보내고 한국으로 돌아오기전 휴식을 위해 선택한 크루즈 여행이었는데 정말 너무 좋았습니다. I 이신분들 혼자가셔도 좋습니다! 리조트안에서 마사지도 받고 룸에 있는 개인 발코니에서 멋진 풍경보면서 좋은 음악 들으면서 힐링하기 너무 좋았어요. 매니저분이랑 직원들이 정말 섬세하게 잘 챙겨주세요. 베트남에 가게 된다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다. 특히 담당 매니저였던 레이첼 정말 고마워요❤️
The cruise was great. good food, friendly staff. it's definitely a good experience. the only disappointment was the round trip transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay. it was unclear on klook platform and I was under the impression that the pick up will be via 7 seater limousine (since Elite of the Seas offer free limousine transfer as stated on their website). yet was informed that this tour package is under SST Travel and will be a normal Coach bus. I was only notified before the trip. would probably opt for no transport if that's the case as private car might be more worthwhile (there's 4 of us). in the end, we opt to pay extra 400,000vnd per pax round trip for limousine. hope that they can be clearer on this in the future.
Very relaxing and luxurious tour. The transport from Hanoi is a 9 seat limo and the seats are comfortable. The boat is one of the best in Halong Bay. The on-board service is fantastic and food is also on point. highly recommended.

The cruise was fun and scenery was beautiful. We finally saw the sunrise on the bay because it was raining and cloudy since we landed in Hanoi. The activities from visiting dark and bright cave excursion, kayaking, squid fishing, cooking lesson, drone videos, and karaoke after dinner show were fun experiences. Food service was excellent and delicious tasting. Crew were friendly and informative. We celebrated our father’s birthday 🎂 too! The bedding were spotless and comfortable. I would recommend this cruise to my family and friends. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

集合場所にあたる船の停泊場所が船によって違うことを知らせたうえで、位置を地図などを使い分かりやすく知らせて欲しかった。港しか書いて無かったため、危うく乗り遅れるところだった
