An absolutely amazing experience with Victorious Cruise! From the luxurious ship and beautiful interiors to the incredible room with a million-dollar view of Ha Long Bay, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff made us feel so well looked after from the moment we boarded. Special thanks to Lisa, William, Chloe, Myra, and our fantastic guide at Surprise Cave for making the trip even more memorable. The food was exceptional—we were honestly wondering if we paid enough! Every full-course lunch, dinner, and brunch felt like fine dining, with lobster, steak, and so many delicious dishes. One of the best experiences of our Vietnam trip. Highly recommend!
Our experience with Victorious Cruise was truly exceptional and one we’ll never forget. It was worth every penny and exceeded all of our expectations. From the elegant fine dining and delicious food to the fun activities and our beautifully designed, luxurious room, every part of the journey was thoughtfully planned. The ship itself was brand new, having been sailing for only two months, so everything was spotless, modern, and impeccably maintained. What made our experience even more special was the outstanding hospitality of the crew. Every staff member was warm, approachable, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. A special thank you to Shynn, our butcher, who took great care of us from the very beginning. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and spoke excellent English, making us feel welcome and well looked after throughout the cruise. It is a memory we will treasure for a lifetime! My husband and I are beyond grateful for your hearfelt service! Keep it up!
하노이 여행에서 이 1박2일 쿠르즈 여행 안 했으면 어쩔뻔 했나 싶을 정도로 무조건 대만족입니다.서비스,음식, 프로그램,객실 수준 모두 만점이상이었어요.밥 먹는 개인 테이블에는 항상 꽃으로 장식이 되어져 있고요,조식 중식 석식 모두 다양하게 나옵니다.프로그램도 다양해서 쉴틈없이 너무 재밌게 있다보니 하루가 너무 빨리 갔어요.도착해서 가방을 차에 두고 내렸는데 직원분께서 빠르게 대처해 주셔서 안전하게 가방도 전해 받았습니다.가격이상의 여행을 했다고 생각든게 처음이었으니 말다했죠ㅎㅎ 빅토리어스 쿠르즈 덕분에 하롱베이에 또 가고 싶다는 생각이 듭니다.담번에 꼭 부모님 모시고 다시한번 방문하겠습니다^^

Highly recommend this cruise! The entire process from booking to disembarkation was incredibly smooth. Their customer service is top-notch; they even perfectly organized a cake and decorations for a birthday celebration. The onboard crew was so welcoming, the food was delicious and high quality, and our cabin was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

- La roba i el calçat còmodes i transpirables són els millors per a activitats a l'aire lliure com el senderisme. No oblideu portar banyador, tovalloles i roba addicional si teniu previst nedar o fer caiac.
- Si us plau, porteu protector solar, barrets i samarretes de màniga llarga a l'estiu.
- No porteu ampolles o bosses de plàstic d'un sol ús a bord. Podeu portar els vostres propis gots d'aigua reutilitzables.
- El senyal de Wi-Fi/la connexió a internet pot ser inestable a mesura que el creuer s'endinsa a la badia de Halong.
- Si teniu alguna al·lèrgia o requisit dietètic especial, informeu-nos-en amb antelació.
- Per a persones amb problemes de mobilitat, podeu saltar-vos l'activitat de senderisme/visita a la cova i quedar-vos a bord. Si necessiteu ajuda durant el viatge, aviseu immediatament el guia o el personal més proper.
