Creuer de luxe Azura 2D1N: Tour per la badia de Ha Long i la badia de Lan Ha

今回は友達と2人で参加しました。ハノイから港まで往復の無料送迎バスがついており、片道2時間半かかりますが、30分くらいSAのようなところで休憩時間がありました。トイレはもちろん、カフェやお土産ショップもありとても充実していました。クルーズ船までは港から小型ボートで移動し、クルーズ船へ向かいました。到着してまずお昼ごはんのビュッフェを楽しみ、その後はカヤックで洞窟へ行ったり、船内のプールでゆっくりしながら過ごしました。夜ごはんはコースで、途中他のお客さんの記念日や誕生日をお祝いするケーキが出てくるなどの演出もあり、みんなでお祝いして、とても幸せな時間でした。部屋の中には水とコーヒーと紅茶が置いてあり、無料でいただけました。基本船内のドリンクは有料です。支払いは現金、カードのどちらでも大丈夫でした。2日目はモーニングビュッフェからはじまり、すぐカヤック体験があり、クルーズ船の周りだけの移動でしたが、とても楽しかったです。そのあとは少しゆっくりする時間もあり、部屋で過ごしつつ、最後のブランチビュッフェを楽しみました。船内のスタッフの方々はとても優しく、英語を話せない私たちにも丁寧に説明してくださったり、写真を撮ってくださるなど、不安なく、そして楽しく過ごすことができました。また機会があればアズーラクルーズに参加したいですし、日本に帰って友人や家族におすすめしたいと思います。最高のクルーズツアーでした。ありがとうございました。

My husband and I had the most precious time with Azura Cruise. ❤️ From the moment they picked us up from the hotel until we disembarked, everything was absolutely impeccable. Each room on board comes with its own private balcony, which made the experience even more special. And the food? SOOO good! 🤤 Every meal was delicious, and the itinerary throughout the cruise was thoughtfully planned. Every single person we encountered was so accommodating, warm, and helpful. It was truly such a pleasant and memorable experience. We enjoyed every moment, and honestly, I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything. ❤️ Thank you, Azura Cruise, for making our trip so special! ✨

El creuer i tota l'organització són increïbles, sens dubte el recomanaria! El menjar també és excepcional, et pregunten les teves preferències i preparen àpats especials si ho necessites (jo no menjo carn i no hi va haver cap problema amb això). A més, hi ha moltes activitats el dia que comences, així que el dia està ple de temps lliure, però tingues en compte que tot comença a l'hora exacta de l'horari, així que no arribis tard🤣 ja que ens vam perdre un parell d'activitats per arribar 5-10 minuts tard😁

Quina experiència increïble per a la llista de desitjos! 😍 No només vam veure les vistes més espectaculars i impressionants, sinó que les excursions van ser increïbles — poder fer caiac i veure les coves va ser com un somni! El personal amable va ser molt atent i va fer el viatge encara més còmode, el servei de menjar va ser diví i les nostres habitacions eren molt espaioses i netes. Moltes gràcies, Klook, per les millors 48 hores, ens va saber molt de greu marxar!

Creuer fantàstic!!! Es va fer tot el possible per fer el nostre viatge còmode. Cuina internacional. Els nens van gaudir de totes les activitats. Porteu roba de secat ràpid i banyadors. Especialment calçat... El gerent, el Sr. Ha, va ser molt bo. Sens dubte, el recomanaria.

El creuer va superar totes les nostres expectatives. El personal va ser increïblement atent i amable durant tot el viatge, des de l'autobús de trasllat fins a la tripulació a bord. El sopar va ser sorprenentment bo, especialment els plats occidentals, que eren lleugers, ben equilibrats i molt agradables. També ens va sorprendre gratament una millora a la Suite Imperial, que disposava de sauna privada, terrassa per prendre el sol i fins i tot una zona de minigolf. L'habitació estava bellament dissenyada amb gran atenció als detalls. Combinat amb l'impressionant paisatge de la badia de Ha Long i la badia de Lan Ha, va ser una experiència realment memorable. Our stay in the Imperial Suite at Azura Cruise was truly unforgettable. The room was incredibly spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed with a luxurious modern touch. From the comfortable king-size bed to the breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay, every detail felt premium and relaxing. The private balcony and bathtub experience made the trip even more special — waking up surrounded by the limestone islands was simply magical. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food, ambiance, and overall service exceeded expectations. If you want a luxurious and peaceful cruise experience in Vietnam, the Imperial Suite on Azura Cruise is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for couples, honeymooners, or anyone wanting to experience comfort and luxury at sea.

Traveling abroad can be a little nerve-wracking, especially when you’re concerned about potential language barriers, but this experience put all of those worries to rest. The communication was exceptional from start to finish, including confirming our hotel pickup and drop-off details. Our bus guide, Lee, was incredibly informative, and funny, which made the journey even more enjoyable. The bus was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating whenever restroom breaks were needed. This experience far exceeded our expectations. Once on the cruise line the staff, food, and excursions were all amazing. The cruise itself was absolutely stunning and looked exactly like the pictures—if not better. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, making for a truly memorable experience. We are so grateful for the opportunity and look forward to returning and doing this experience again in the future.

The whole trip from start to finish was great. Pickup from hotel and transfer back to hotel was very smooth. The cruise itself was amazing too. Great food and entertainment, good facilities and the staff were exceptional. Great value for money and would definitely recommend Azura cruises.

We had a wonderful experience onboard Azura Cruise in Halong Bay. The yacht is new, elegant, and truly luxurious. The culinary experience exceeded our expectations, and the service was impeccable. Agnes, Jessica, and Bao went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommended.
