God bless the influencer who recommended this cruise. It exceeded all expectations: most importantly, an amazing brand-new ship, great dining and a well-balanced itinerary. You have the opportunity to be entertained at any moment, and at the same time, you can choose to relax without FOMO. Staff demonstrate a really high level of training and professionalism. Should I explain how cool the bathtub with a panoramic view is? Bay itself is stunning. Waterslide, drone photos and a special photo deck are thoughtful additions.

I have had the best experience of a small cruise in this one day , the staff is extraordinary with all the food and your preferences and activities they were outstanding,highly recommend everyone to blindly book this one

As first-time cruisers, we were completely blown away. Halong Bay's scenery is indescribably beautiful, just like a classic landscape painting. Our guide/butler, Chris, was outstanding and always put our needs first. When we worried about seasickness before boarding the small boat, he immediately sourced medicine for us (though the ride turned out to be super smooth!). Chris was professional and informative, and the cruise crew was wonderfully welcoming. We also appreciated the seamless bus transfer arranged from our place in Hanoi. Elodie, our coordinator, was incredibly responsive and efficient. A well-deserved 5 stars!

This is the second time i am here. Hotel transfer on time , Nice & Good explanation from the tour guide .The cruise in clean, nice, comfortable and serve well although we are only twelve persons on board , The food delicious, compared to the first trip Nov 2018, this one day tour is more worthdable, all included no extra charges.

We liked the trip. If you wanna have more activities and busy trip choose other one! But we wanted to have a relaxing day on the cruise so it was perfect for us(family)! But they called this luxury but i don’t really think that is LUXURY. It is ok quality. So don’t expect too much! We were 13 people in our group so it was perfectly fits with sun bed and the seats but more than 20 might be not so relaxing to find the spot i think. Food was OK (but shrimps were not that fresh) and we loved no loud music and no full schedule. If you are looking for the relaxing trip this is the one. Our guide(Lan) did a great job! We planed to stay 2 more nights in Halong and we booked Vinpearl Halong but the port we took off was really far from that area. If you made a reservation with Vinpearl youd better book other trip. We paid 30 dollars for taxi to get to Vinpearl. Lan made a reservation for taxi for us. It was very helpful but she said taxi driver has a meter measurement but the driver did not have that and we figured this out after taxi started. We were very scared and felt very bad. So we dont know 30 dollars were right price or not. Hope she should checked more carefully. That was little bit scary moments because the taxi driver cannot speak English at all and we had hard time to fix the price.

Friendly and attentive staff onboard. Crew was well organized and make you feel very welcome onboard. Room was clean. Food onboard was great as well. Booking was managed by Dolphin from SST travel. Great in follow ups to ensure that everything is in order.
