Creuer Hermes 2D1N: Excursió a la badia de Ha Long amb Sung Sot i Ti Top

住宿若位於舊城區會提供免費接送，出發前幾天會有人透過聯絡資訊確認地址與出發時間，當天會有人出現在約好的地址找人，不用擔心找不到！上車後便一路載至搭船處，中間會停休息站。 上船後會先大致介紹兩天的行程，飯後小歇完是參觀驚訝洞，然後是搭船跟獨木舟二選一（選擇獨木舟會有衣服濕掉的準備），之後回到船上有包越南春捲的體驗，晚餐非常好吃很滿足，夜釣小管志在體驗，早上的太極因為下雨而取消，最後參觀完英雄島便準備返航，回程可以討論下車地點，整體而言食物與服務非常好。 船上的酒水都是需要另外付費的，可以善用happy hour或自帶食物上船，看到滿多旅客是將大型行李放在市區的飯店，只帶兩天份的行李上船，供大家參考。

這次參加兩天一夜的郵船行程，第一次在船上過夜真的滿興奮！船上安排了很多活動，不會無聊～如果有打算滑皮艇，建議多準備一套衣服，回船上可以直接換😂 同行的人來自各地，大家可以互相交流，氣氛很不錯也滿有趣的。船上的飲料需要另外付費，這點可以先有心理準備～有時還會遇到旁邊划小船的船夫在販售東西，可以體驗看看，也蠻特別的！ 最後要特別感謝導遊Maddie，細心又親切，讓我們有一個非常愉快又難忘的旅遊體驗🤍🩵

We had a great experience on our cruise. We originally booked the Hermes, but Maddie kindly offered us the Calista instead as Hermes was already full. It turned out to be a great choice, the ship was newer and just as impressive. Maddie made the whole process smooth and was very responsive throughout. Overall, the food was great, and the views from our room were absolutely stunning!

《必看》如果你還在猶豫價格，那可以不用猶豫了，因為行程超過此價值。由於淡季出遊，我們這團只有20位左右，旅遊品質很好，推測旺季也是40位以內，比其他家人數少。房間很有設計感、乾淨、每間都有陽台，而且床鋪直面海上，直接躺床看海。行程跟其他家一樣，但是導遊非常風趣，會幫忙拍照不收錢！食物也蠻好吃的。請注意看此行程不含酒水，我推薦捧場買一下讓船員們開心！另外，因為環保關係嚴禁寶特瓶上船。下龍灣冬天風景很有水墨畫風，早上打太極實在太棒

This tour provided a wonderful experience from start to finish. The tour agent was exceptionally prompt in confirming my Klook booking and highly responsive to all my transportation inquiries. Our pickup from Hanoi was remarkably smooth and entirely without delay. Onboard, the cruise was fantastic, offering cozy accommodations and spectacular views. Exploring the various islands and caves was a definite highlight, and the good food served on the cruise further enhanced our enjoyment..

原本預訂的日期房間已經客滿，所幸當地旅行社的 Aaron 積極協助，幫我們改訂到 Calista Cruise。雖然需額外加價，兩人共 100 萬越南盾，但這艘郵輪非常新穎又時尚，整體體驗非常值得，我們也很喜歡！ Aaron 得知我們要慶生後，還特別安排了驚喜，讓我在下龍灣度過了一個超棒又難忘的生日！ 非常感謝他在過程中主動處理各項問題與安排，服務態度真的值得讚賞！ 同時也非常感謝 Calista Cruise 的全體員工，每一位都親切又細心，讓我們整趟旅程都感受到溫暖和專業！

這次下龍灣郵輪之旅整體體驗非常棒，讓人感到相當放鬆與愉快。從一開始的行程安排就很順暢，時間掌控得宜，不會有趕行程的壓力，可以悠閒地欣賞下龍灣的美景。 郵輪上的環境舒適乾淨，設施也維持得很好，讓人能真正放鬆身心。沿途的景色壯麗迷人，無論是在甲板上吹海風，還是在船上休息，都讓人覺得很療癒。 另外，導遊與服務人員都非常專業且親切，解說清楚又有耐心，讓整個旅程更加豐富有趣，也讓人感到很安心。整體服務品質令人滿意。 總結來說，這是一趟非常值得推薦的旅程，不論是想放鬆度假還是欣賞自然美景，都很適合參加這樣的郵輪行程。

The Ha Long Bay Hermes Cruise is a must for anyone visiting Vietnam. The tour guide Ms. Chi was knowledgeable, polite, patient and energetic. The cruise staff especially Mr. Ben and his staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic and the exploring inside the Sung Sot cave and Ti Top island made it an unforgettable trip. Thanks Ms. Chi and Mr. Ben for your wonderful service.

船上用餐時的所有飲料包含水都要另外付費，餐點普通但不難吃，整體體驗很好，住在船上很舒服，可惜的是晚上沒有音樂派對可以玩，想要晚上喝酒派對的可以找別的船，想要安靜休息享受下龍灣景色的可以選Hermes Cruise

My Hermes cruise was cancelled due to lack of travelers (I’d seen this in the reviews as a common occurrence), and I was rebooked with Scarlet Pearl. I would 100% recommend Scarlet. The boat was stunning, clean, and the crew was exceptional. They were so kind and friendly. I also lucked out with only 6 other travelers on the entire boat (I went Tuesday - Wednesday). The lunch day 1 and brunch day 2 were huge so come hungry! The dinner and happy hour were fantastic too. I had read that 2D1N would suffice, but I wish I had done 3D2N as you’re only on the boat for 20 hours or so. But, after a long transfer in the rain potentially regretting my decision to do the cruise, I was throughly impressed. I am leaving happy I went and sad to leave
