導遊很認真的介紹，行程上的活動，也很細心的在吃飯時每一桌每一桌詢問，郵輪上的服務人員也很好，帶我們走行程時，景點的解說很詳細，旅客的提問也會ㄧㄧ解答不會模糊帶過，郵輪上的設施不錯，第一次體驗坐郵輪，整體感覺非常好👍👍👍👍👍👍。

價錢都幾合理，兩日一夜嘅行程唔算太趕，上船先食午餐，之後就已經可以登島睇驚訝洞，趁未算太攰仲可以去附近近沙灘玩一陣，差不多日落就返上船，之後沖個涼就有春卷製作班，一路食春卷，一路睇日落，春卷唔啱食嘅話，再等多陣就已經船上晚餐，晚餐過後就係夜chok 墨魚活動(其實都係體驗一下，chok唔到)然後瞓醒第二日就係獨木舟，唔想濕身嘅話可以坐船，不過要另外俾錢，再食埋個brunch就返河內市區，行程其實算充實，但唔係話好急，房內空間寬敞，但電視壞左睇唔到，沖涼水壓唔係好夠，少少唔方便，但整體而言對得住嗰價錢嘅，食物質素都OK 性價比：都幾抵 服務：服務好

這次旅行的經驗非常好， 客服和郵輪工作人員的英文都很好溝通很順利，也常常會關心我們的體驗如何，因為我只有line沒有WhatsApp，客服還特別交代郵輪工作人員多多協助我們，郵輪上的設施乾淨、完整，餐點也都很好吃，傍晚在郵輪上看夕陽超級漂亮！很開心參與這次的行程

The whole experience from pick-up until departure was excellent. The whole team of Athena has done their best to ensure we have incredible stay and experience. The cabin is comfortable. Food is ample, buffets for lunch and brunch. set dinner was well presented and tasty. Itinerary kayakking is good too. Love the taichi exercise in the morning. Overall, it is a luxury experience.

原本訂的Athena號一直pending，就在擔心不知道是否可以成行時，越南的SSTtravel就立馬透過我在網頁上的聯絡方式跟我取得聯絡。與我接洽的人員Mie小姐，在與我溝通協調過程中，專業快速並且對於接下來的安排清楚解釋並透過很多方式讓我放心跟了解，擔心我無法成行提出了更換遊輪的做法，原本擔心是一種銷售手法，結果表示我過分擔心了。Mie為我更改的郵輪讓我物超所值而且還沒跟我收價差。 不論是在交通上的安排或是郵輪上的服務真的都非常完美，原本以為要早起去集合地點想不到竟然派車到飯店來接我們，而另外一個讓我驚喜的是，原本說好回程交通就送到舊城區，結果竟然又直接把我們送回飯店門口。這個行程跟服務 真的請大家多多利用。再次感謝🙏Mie及所有工作人員為顧客多想的那份心。下次還會再找這麼有品質的旅行社

I was actually changed from Athena to Alisa. I was concerned with the pre-trip change, but it was handled well. The transfer was excellent, faster getting there than getting back. Coach was clean and good temp. As far as the Alisa itself, words cannot express the quality and service of this cruise. The rooms (private balconies ) and public areas were immaculate, and the food and beverages top quality. What really made this booking the best was the people. From the man in charge to the women keeping the boat clean and the rooms nice, everything was top notch. The actual staff we interacted with the most were so personal and inclusive, it was as if friends were accommodating us. We had the opportunity to sit down a bit with one of the staff members, Viet, who gave us some background on his life in Vietnam, from growing up to current. To me, this is what makes a holiday so special, learning about and interacting with people. I was hoping we didn't get him in trouble in our conversation, but it's things like this that make the difference from other service providers. I want to thank Viet and all the staff for making this such a special overnight trip away from the city. We opted not to go kayaking or hiking, but stayed on the boat and put our feet up and relaxed. I loved that this was an option, and I truly needed the quiet time. Thank you to the staff on the ALISA for such a great trip! Not sure why the request for review was not changed from the Athena to the Alisa.

This genuinely felt like a VIP cruise, not a standard tourist tour. The ship, service, and overall organization were on a very high level. The entire staff was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. As a vegan, I was honestly impressed by how large and thoughtful the food selection was. Important: make sure to inform them in advance, it really makes a difference. The only minor downside is that we didn’t sail that much. We reached the main spot within 1–2 hours and then stayed anchored there until the next day. Still, the overall experience easily outweighs this nuance. Highly recommended.

服務：1.在地旅行接駁很貼心，只要您待在舊城區，接駁都非常便利，領隊還幫忙提取行李，減輕負擔 2.郵輪上的餐飲，其實亞洲人因該也會喜歡，融合西式/越式/部分中式 3.在每個景點的解說，英文說明會特別放慢速度、可以再次詢問與洽詢。有英文基本的聽力，也可以玩得很開心 4.待在船上的晚上時光，本次下龍灣最美的體驗，釋放了許多工作的壓力。即使是雨天，還是很美麗。 行程安排：這次雖然是雨天，特別在室內驚訝洞的這一個行程，感受到無微不至的照顧，提供雨衣。解說的細膩程度，充滿新鮮感與想像力。帶團的郵輪領隊、相關人員，也會協助每位旅客，上下船，還有比較危險的地方也會特別關注每位旅客。以及付出行動實際的照顧 CP值：旅行社，在預定好行程後，就會開始協助旅客、關心。越南在服務的實力，讓我覺得超乎預期的完美，贏過台灣。加上天然的景色優勢，我覺得很值得再來，並委託服務

This was an amazing and value for money experience. Our guide was cheerful and had clear communication. The team did a good job getting us to all the attractions first ahead of other tour boats, allowing us to enjoy them before they got flooded by a hoard of other tourists. Food was fresh and had a good variety too.

司機在前一晚九時多才通知接送時間，當天早上準時到達 。感謝雅典娜號的Chien, Son, Kelvin及其他船員讓我們渡過一個休閑的海上假期，他們都十分友善！從河內接送的巴士很舒適，中途有半小時下車休息，所以車程不難捱 。船上食物美味不錯，活動安排不會太緊密，活動之間有足夠休息時間 。驚訝洞要排隊上山，TiTop島爬山有點累 ，但風景很美。黃昏船上有Happy Hour，飲品買一送一，同時在甲板上學做米紙卷、看日落，真令人快樂 。第二日早上的獨木舟時間在7時多便開始，好處是不曬 。回程時巴士會送到酒店門口，很貼心 。十分推薦雅典娜！
