Dining on the 102nd floor of the Ritz-Carlton feels like having afternoon tea in the sky. The panoramic views from The Lounge and Bar are nothing short of breathtaking, especially from the corner sofa seat we were lucky to get—thankfully arranged by the hotel. It’s a prime spot offering both privacy and quiet, making it perfect for long chats with friends. Service was warm and attentive throughout. The staff were proactive, offering to take photos for us and thoughtfully refilling our teapots with hot water. Small touches like these really added to the experience. As for the food, while the presentation was elegant, some of the confections leaned a bit too sweet for my taste, particularly the citrus tartlet and battenberg cake. All in all, it was a delightful experience—relaxing ambiance, impeccable views, and friendly service. We’ll definitely be back for another round of tea among the clouds.

The environment, atmosphere, food and service are all so great! We had an excellent experience in Ritz Carlton! Price for the afternoon tea is reasonable with such a good view! Will surely come again!

好開心的一次體驗！首先必須讚下員工服務態度非常好！由於訂單自己出錯打電話更正事宜，已經覺得餐廳職員很盡心服務很高質。我們因有事遲了一個鐘頭入座，先時沒有窗口位有點失望，這時坐窗口位有客人離座，店內服務人員（是個好靚嘅女仔，長頭髮嘅）笑容好好問我們需不需要轉窗口位，我們覺得很開心，轉了窗口問可以欣賞到很美麗的維港景色，影咗好多好靚嘅相，留下很多很美的回憶😊最後遲了一個幾鐘頭先離座😌☺️真系真心讚同埋感謝嗰個為我哋調配座位的女仔🥰👍👍👍❤️！下次還會同家人及朋友再book下午茶共享快樂時光😃！

用Klook預訂酒店下午茶，非常方便，酒店環境10分舒適，在窗口位置看到整個維港景色，食物質素一流，服務態度很好！

環境清潔，服務良好。境觀一流，三五知己談心、打卡、休息勝地。下午茶有心思，星期一至四可坐三小時漫活，實在是件嘗心樂事。

ambience are top notch and we are seated at a corner area which we are embraced by a beautiful sunset . high tea set are delicious and tasty. we really enjoy our tea drink and endless chat . great place to chill and spend a weekend afternoon . highly recommended

最初はリッツのHPから予約をしたのですがKlookさんで予約の方が少しお得だったので、再度こちらから予約をしました。 当日少し早めの到着でも快くお席にご案内くださり、ビューも素晴らしく、大変すばらしいアフタヌーンティーを楽しむことができました。 写真を撮ってくれたり、差し湯も頻繁にしてくれてとても満足でした。 リッツのアフタヌーンティーを検討されている人にはKlookでの予約をおすすめしたいです。

we arrived abit early cause the weather too hot, staff are super nice and helpful allows us checked in early. Food and tea such are wonderful combinations.

經客服成功安排了窗口位置，位於 102 層，景觀開揚，而待應服務態度好，值得一讚。當然食物方面，都不俗，但不要期望太高。整體而言，環境氣氛勝於一齊！

両親の結婚記念日を兼ねて伺いました。美味しいスイーツはもちろん、ドリンク(1杯分)も込みの料金です。お店までどのエレベーターに乗ればいいのか迷いましたが、各場所で道を尋ねたスタッフの皆さんは皆さん丁寧に対応してくださいました。また、事前にklookのサポートからアニバーサリー関連で何かお願いできないか問い合わせたところ、チョコプレートに文字を入れていただきました。眺望も最高で大変満足なアフタヌーンティーとなりました。また機会があればぜひとも利用したいです。本当にありがとうございました。
