La cuina oberta prepara amb cura el "Tomahawk i vi" limitat, presentant un filet de primera qualitat amb tècniques clàssiques franceses i maridat amb vins seleccionats, permetent-vos gaudir d'una harmonia perfecta de menjar i vi excepcionals en un ambient elegant.

El bistrot francès The Tai Pan de The Murray, Hong Kong, dóna la benvinguda a l'estiu amb un nou menú d'estiu. Comenceu el sopar d'estiu amb ostres fresques, seguides de caragols gratinats a la francesa i sopa de llamàntol; per al plat principal, gaudiu de llobarro rostit i magret d'ànec cuit lentament amb licor de taronja, acompanyat d'una ampolla de vi seleccionat pel sommelier per elevar la reunió. Finalment, acabeu amb dues postres exquisides, que entrellacen la cuina clàssica francesa amb ingredients de temporada, convidant-vos a tastar l'estil d'estiu francès en un ambient animat i vibrant.
Inclou: Quatre ostres fresques, sopa de llamàntol, caragols gratinats a la francesa, llobarro rostit, magret d’ànec cuit amb licor de taronja, dues postres, una ampolla de vi maridat pel sommelier.

Celebrated my birthday with an amazing meal at *The Tai Pan Restaurant*—and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was exquisite, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. A special shout-out to Maya for her outstanding service! She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, even helping us divide the soup into separate bowls. Her attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I’ll be back! 😊
當日餐廳稍作延遲1230開始先午市 早到咗所以係附近斜路影港女相打 午市消費滿$1000可免費泊車3個鐘 星期五既午市小貓幾枱 職員安排梳化位就座 可惜見到梳化留有上手都唔少既餅/包碎未抹走 下意識用手撥走時職員亦馬上作出反應幫忙同講唔好意思 毫無選擇困難既三道菜 上菜率都頗快 龍蝦湯好濃郁兼有龍蝦肉碎 香煎帶子兩面小焦 唔會過熟 主菜牛面頰好冧 口感好似牛筋腩 但配菜薯角水準不一 有啲硬到亨落隻碟有聲 有啲又正常 另一主菜三文魚味道就較為清淡同平庸 甜品方面朱古力三重奏幾出色 朱古力雪糕食到分明既朱古力碎 朱古力亦冇過甜搶鏡 大人細路都應該會鐘意😄
This is the 7th I had semi-buffet breakfast in Tai Pan. The environment and food are fabulous. Plus, the service is always excellent. Thank you for Caption Feyez. He is always attentive and warm to customers.
可選多個早餐主菜，選了雲吞麵及西多，法式多士超好食，外脆內軟，有紅莓醬糖漿鮮忌廉。 健康d沙律加杯甘荀汁，咖啡一流，服務好好。
The set menu was very good value, well presented, high quality and excellent service. Would definitely revisit.

半自助早餐，選了燒三文魚為主菜，其他選擇有點心等。自助部分有水果、芝士、麵包、火腿等等，咖啡可以不斷添加。
Klook 買好抵，平過酒店網買。早餐好好食，多種類，而且食物質素好，環境又舒服，服務員態度非常好！
雖然食物款式不是太多，但是食物質素非常高，海鮮好新鮮有鮮味，環境優美，員工服務態度非好！
Good service started before the meal began as the restaurant presented a selection of steak knives for our choosing. The cooked steak was presented to us and then craved up by the staff in front of us. Tomahawk steak was tender, flavoursome and cooked to medium rare just as we liked. Red shiraz wine complimented well with the steak. Restaurant high ceiling and comfortable seating.
