Classe de ioga a l'Ubud Yoga Centre

Wonderful first yoga experience at the Ubud Yoga Centre! Teacher Jess is wonderful, even though she made us die a little bit. You can rent towels for cheap if you don’t bring any, and you can take a free shower after your class. The good they serve for breakfast is delicious and healthy, too. The location of the Yoga Centre is great with a Overall a very pleasant experience!

it was such a wonderful experience. I chose Hatha class, Miss Eva is such a gentle and soft instructor. Hatha is a beginners friendly class. I highly recommend to go to Ubud Yoga Center and experience yoga if you’re in Ubud.

I had the best yoga experience here. it was easy to book and choose the schedule. the yoga instructor was very nice and friendly. There’s a very chill and quiet cafe below.

After my first yoga class I booked my second class right away, it was such a wonderful experience for me that I thought I need to join the class again while I’m still in Ubud. I booked my second class with chilling and I highly recommend it.

We booked this on the same day but we were still able to join a class. Our instructor was very accommodating even though we are total beginners as a family. She was understanding and talked us through the poses. The facility was very picturesque and relaxing! One of our best activities in Ubud!

環境非常舒適，一樓有販賣瑜珈相關的商品，上樓務必要脫鞋子，有置物櫃，大家練習完後都會自行把瑜珈墊拿至戶外稍微晾一下，教室空間也非常大，在這裡做瑜珈簡直是一種享受

選了11點的陰瑜伽，老師的聲音超級平靜，還會給我們使用精油聞嗅放鬆，體式也很適合初學者，我直接放鬆到睡著哈哈哈🤣下課還可以到樓下的餐廳任選一份餐點！超讚

Pretty nice and I enjoy alot the yoga class. I attend 2 classes and they are ashtanga and hot power vinyasa. My ashtanga teacher is from local Indonesia and he was very patient to teach me. One of the best teacher I met and he is definitely professional. I wish I can stay longer and learn more from him. The massage is good too, people are friendly. I highly recommended people to visit this lovely place.
