Classe de cuina tailandesa Lanna Smile a Chiang Mai

Great experience, we were just 4 people so It almost feels like a private cooking class. Everything was just great :)

We went to visit a local wet market, our teacher Pim introduce a lot of local veggies to us. The dishes we made were very delicious. It was very easy to made them as well as Pim’s team had made all the preparations for us. We got to bring back a recipe book with us.

Very knowledgeable chef who took us through the market tour. Class size is small enough to have good chef-participants ratio. Participants were able to cook and eat their dishes when hot and have sufficient time to interact. Overall fun and enjoyable.

We enjoyed the course and only had a small group size of 4 people. We made 5 dishes and did a tour of the market which was interesting. Getting picked up and dropped off is very useful. Instructor was funny, and friendly- very good English! We went away with a recipe book and look forward to trying them out at home.

有點不滿意就是他們不到我們酒店接，而是在我們酒店附近的另一間酒店等，以為在那裏的酒店亦有學員一齊，但原來沒有，對於第一次到步加上時間有點緊迫，行李未放入自己房，已經whatsapp我，結果急怕中行錯路，遲了十分鐘，成個過程非常順利及快速，食到自己親手煮的泰菜，旅程的其中一個好節目。回程時又可以直接送我們到酒店

很喜歡這個行程，簡單有趣，老師教學認真幽默，又可以吃到自己做的美食，只是食物量有點過多，最後剩下覺得浪費，另外建議可以三個月或半年變更一次菜單，或盡量跟其他家菜單做點區隔會增加回購率的。

做的料理很多樣，吃得很飽。雖然用英文，但不會太難，也可看別人跟著做，做完一道就先享用，流程安排很好。老師年輕可愛，非常親切，如果真的聽不懂食材名稱，會努力找照片幫忙我們理解。

Lanna Smile was so much fun! I went with my parents and we were the only ones there for the morning session. It was nice to be able to have a private lesson and make the dishes that we wanted to make. Pum was very knowledgable and taught us about all the ingredients and sauces that go into each dish. we had a ton of food and everything was nicely spread out throughout our time there. If we didn't finish a meal, there was an option to take our left overs home also. Pum not only taught us about Thai culture, but she also took an interest in us and where we were from. She was super personable and made the experience amazing!

一個非常值得推介的烹飪課程！接送安排方面，由於我租用民宿，所以在集合地點出現了一些問題，但最終都順利安排得到。下午到當地市場認識整泰國料理的素材，很有趣呢! 烹飪教室很大及有足夠的煮食器材，老師認真的教導，令我們能夠投入其中。真實地能夠完成五項食品，感到很有成功感，非常開心！
