Classe de cuina tailandesa Akha i tour pel mercat local

We really enjoyed our Thai Akha cooking class experience from the market tour to the cooking itself, everything was smooth and seamless. Sandy our cooking teacher was very entertaining and gave us lots of historical info about Akha people. I highly recommend this to anyone!

We attended a cooking class featuring 11 traditional Thai dishes in a beautifully clean and organized kitchen and classroom. The environment was as delightful as the cuisine. Our wonderful instructor guided us efficiently through each recipe, making the learning process enjoyable and informative. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The option to purchase beer or wine added to the experience, making it feel like a true culinary journey. Highly recommended for anyone looking to dive into Thai cooking in a fun, educational, and delicious way.

Excellent cours de cuisine! nous avons fait 10 petits plats, certains par nous-mêmes et d’autres en groupes avec la professeure ! c’était vraiment declieux et cela nous a permis de connaître la culture Akka. La salle de cours est vraiment magnifique, la professeur attentionnée et interessante. Elle parle très bien anglais. Je suis végétarienne et le repas a pu s’adapter sans problème ! nous recommandons à 100%!

I loved everything about this class! You will learn so much and but in a such an easy way. The whole team is really great everything was perfectly organised. At first when I was how much we we going to cook and that it takes 4 hours, I was a bit scared but it just went so quickly. I will definitely go again when I am back to Chiang Mai. And I recommend it to everyone ☺️

Absolutely fantastic! Great communication wirh pick up/drop off and meal selection. Ming and the rest of the staff was fantastic...Great teacher and sense of humor. the whole experience was flawless from beginning to end. Be prepared to eat; there's a lot of good. This a must book!

Enjoyed every moment of the cooking class. Ming was very patient and interacted well with everyone in the class, guiding us step by step on how to cook each Thai dish. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience of cooking and then having the dishes during the break time. Definitely should consider when visiting Chiang Mai.

The experience was incredible! Different from the activities that i took around chiang mai. A breathe of fresh air. The host was very enthusiastic and fun to be with. Guided us with everything we need to do. Enjoyed it to bits and will definitely recommend.

The cooking class experience was wonderful! We signed up for the evening class. Akha Kitchen picked us up at our hotel at 1630 sharp, which was very punctual. The instructor introduced some history of the Akha tribe before beginning the cook. We really liked this part as we could understand the food and the ingredients more. The difference between Akha and Thai food was interesting too! The instructor let each of us chose our own menu. The class arrangement was excellent. We cooked around 10 dishes. Time was arranged really well that we cooked, then we ate, we cooked then we ate again. The food was just at the best temperature to eat. For those who could not stand a lot of spice, there were definitely options to choose from! The instructor had very good English and very clear instructions. We also had a cookbook and a dry spice pack by the end of class! This class is absolutely suitable for people who did not have any cooking experience!

이왕 하는거 많이 배우고싶어서 시장투어와 소수민족 아카족도 궁금해서 선택한 클래쓰인데 너무 흡족하게 잘하고왔어요 툭툭으로 데리러 오시고 마사지로유명한 왓판웬 사원 옆의 시장투어하면서 다양한 먹거리를 맛보게해주시고 망고스틴 손으로 까는 법도 알려주셨어요! 요리교실에서는 미리 깔끔하게 셋팅된 주방에서 바로바로 요리 강습과 시식이 이루어 졌고 아카민족에 대한 얘기와 개미시식도 해주셔서 매우 흥미롭게 잘 듣고왔습니다 요리책도 다양한 나라버전으로 있고 한국어도 제공되어 다운받을수있어 잘 활용하려구요. 다만 거의 6시간넘게 동안 진행되는 클래스라 체력자신없으시면 힘들거 같아요. 중간중간 먹느라 앉지만 요리수업때는 계속 서있어야해서요 이왕이면 많은걸 배우고 싶으신 분들께는 강추합니다!
