Galangal cooking school was wonderful! It was great to get the hands on learning experience from real local experts so when I go back home I know I got the taste right when I go to recreate these dishes. I really appreciate how helpful the teachers were and they made the class and market tour so fun! I had a great time and would highly recommended this cooking school to anyone interested! I'm already using the cook book at home to build my grocery list so I can start cooking Thai food again this week. Thanks again! Bonus, the nominal price of the class also covers hotel pickup and drop off.

"I had a wonderful experience at the cooking studio with patient and clear instructors who taught delicious recipes with generous portions. The instructors were attentive enough to pack any leftover food in takeout containers for me to take away. Additionally, it's impressive that they went the extra mile to help call a car and even handle the payment process before I left. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with the attentive and thoughtful instructors."

AHHHH. I enjoyed this cooking class so much! I booked the evening class and was able to see a glimpse of the market and the most common ingredients in Thai cuisines. We made a plenty of dishes (4) per person and it was beyond appetizing! We learned how to cook various dishes and were able to enjoy them after so it's pretty much a fun experience, giving us plenty of time to digest after each food preparation too. Our guide was so nice and patient with us and was able to introduce us to the flavors of Thailand. The van service was hassle-free and all of the other staff were also accommodating. If I come back to Chiang Mai (hopefully soon bec I love it so much here), I'll definitely book this cooking class! 100% will recommend. 🤎

요리 선생님이셨던 오이 선생님 너무 친절하고 좋으셨어요~ 영어도 엄청 잘하셨는데 저희 배려하셔서 잘 알아듣게 천천히 말씀해주셨구요 ^^ 가는길에 시장가서 식재료 하나하나 설명해주셔서 참 좋은 경험이었어요. 요리 하는곳은 아주 깨끗했고 태국음식 처음 만들어보는 사람도 만들기 쉽게 설명 해주시고 초등학생 아들은 요리가 처음이었는데 쿠킹클래스 이후로 본인이 요리에 소질이 있다고 생각하고 있습니다. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 팟타이랑 똠양꿍을 맥주랑 먹고나니 배가 너무 불러서 다음으로 요리한 못먹은 음식들은 포장해와서 야식으로 먹고 다음날까지 맛있게 먹었답니다~^^ 저도 남편도 아들도 즐겁게 참여한 쿠킹클래스였구요~ 넘 좋은 추억으로 남을 것 같아요. 강력 추천합니다!!!
