It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

It was quite chaotic. The waiter at the door had no idea about the pre-paid package, and it took a long time before we could be seated. We also had to pay over a hundred dollars extra for the service charge, so it wasn't a great value. If you live nearby, it might be worth a try.

It was my birthday, so I came back to the Harbour Grand Hong Kong for their buffet. The environment here is spacious, and the staff are attentive and polite. There's a huge variety of desserts, including the classic molten chocolate cake, cheesecake, mango Napoleon, and 12 flavors of Mövenpick ice cream. What's really commendable is that every time I ask if I can have all 12 flavors at once, the staff always smile and say it's no problem; they never refuse the request. Plus, you can pair the ice cream with waffles or crepes, so anyone with a sweet tooth will be very happy here. Also, if you inform the staff in advance that it's your birthday, they'll provide a complimentary birthday cake.

It's a buy-one-get-one-free deal, and for the price of this lunch, there's an unexpectedly large amount of food, so it's no wonder the place was packed. The desserts, in particular, were very thoughtfully prepared and unique, including mango Napoleon, durian pancakes, crème brûlée mochi puffs, taro egg waffles, several kinds of soft cookies, and various Movenpick ice cream flavors. They were truly impressive and delicious. The seafood, such as oysters, shrimp, and clams, was standard, and surprisingly, there were even lobster claws. The salad was good. The hot dishes and Chinese options were average and could be improved. The Japanese sashimi wasn't cut to order; it was pre-cut and available for self-service, and the quality was just okay. Sushi, cold noodles, and similar items weren't particularly exciting. The service was normal. Overall, this meal offered excellent value for money, and I would definitely come again.

For over twenty years since graduating from university, I have been a loyal supporter of Mandarin Oriental. Although the restaurant has undergone a slight renovation, it still maintains its classic and elegant style, with its original charm unchanged. The food quality continues to improve, with classic dishes consistently maintaining a high standard, and the signature Hainanese chicken rice being absolutely superb. The signature desserts, especially the chocolate series, are rich and outstanding. Mandarin Oriental's service has always been the best in Hong Kong, attentive and meticulous. During dinner this evening, I requested a table change because my seat was a bit chilly, and the manager promptly made excellent arrangements, demonstrating their dedication to hospitality. Thank you to the team for over twenty years of dedicated care. The taste, ambiance, and service have remained consistently excellent, and I will continue to be a long-term supporter. We never leave disappointed when we eat here. Nowadays, quality buffets are about quality over quantity. Although they have never served oysters, their sashimi is a must-try, especially the large red shrimp (two per serving), scallops, and tuna, which are the best. The all-you-can-eat steak, lobster, and double-boiled soups are also must-haves. For desserts, the chocolate, egg waffles, Haagen-Dazs (both cups and ice cream bars), and various flavors of Movenpick are absolute musts. If you still have room, add a bowl of noodles in supreme broth, and try the grilled kani miso crab shell (different varieties are available during each time slot). Today, for the Mid-Autumn Festival, there was hot glutinous rice ball soup for dessert, and the cantaloupe was very sweet. Drinks are self-serve, including hot coffee and iced lemon tea, with an option to add $50 for unlimited apple juice, orange juice, and soft drinks (they used to have mango juice). Food was still being refilled even at 9:00 PM. Service: Plates were cleared constantly, water refilled promptly, and the staff was polite.

I'd been wanting to try the dinner buffet at Yamm ever since I saw a YouTuber review it, so when I found a discount on Klook, I booked a table right away. All the food was delicious. The abalone and fish maw were tender and flavorful. They even had scallops for sashimi, which is quite rare. The cold appetizer selection was extensive, featuring lobster, bread crab, crab legs, razor clams, lobster claws, clams, mussels, snails, and more. The wagyu claypot rice, wagyu sukiyaki, and roast beef were all excellent. The char siu was lean yet juicy, and the Peking duck was also tasty. They offered grilled prawns, tempura, and foie gras toast. The dessert variety was impressive; you could even add red beans to your tofu pudding, which looked and tasted great. There was a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including juices, self-serve iced and hot lemon tea, coffee, and a coffee machine for various coffee drinks. The ice cream was individual cups of Häagen-Dazs. I wanted to go back for more of so many dishes, but my stomach was already full. I haven't had such a delicious buffet in a long time. The restaurant was well-staffed, plates were cleared quickly, and each food counter had dedicated personnel, so no one person was serving multiple counters. Food was refilled promptly, so there was no rush to grab items before they ran out, allowing us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. Full marks!
