The admission price is favorable, and with Klook discount coupons plus points, I happened to redeem a voucher. The environment is beautiful, and you can have a panoramic view of the entire city from the top floor. If you are interested in Japanese history, it is worth visiting. There is a check-in area indoors, with cartoon character cardboard for taking photos. There is also a photo area outside the castle, but you have to pay to download larger resolution photos. Therefore, many tourists take pictures with their own mobile phones or cameras.

I visited Osaka Castle in April, and compared to that, Aizuwakamatsu Castle seems miniature and compact. However, it's much less crowded, and there's air conditioning, making it easy to explore. The gardens are also a great spot for taking photos.

My second stop in Japan was Aizu. Incredible area and so much history. The castle is gorgeous and walking through seeing all of the artifacts and stopping at the top truly made my day. Can’t wait to come back to Aizu—Aizu I love you

It was cheaper than buying tickets on-site, and the exhibits were substantial. There didn't seem to be any elevators, so it's something to consider for those with mobility issues, but I recommend it. The park surrounding the castle was free to enter. I think even people who are satisfied with just seeing it from the outside can enjoy it.

I really like Aizu Wakamatsu Castle. It's said to be the only old castle with a red keep, and the scenery is especially beautiful when it snows. It's well worth a visit!

The line to buy tickets on-site was about 10-20 minutes. I recommend buying tickets in advance through Klook so you don't have to wait in line to buy tickets. It's especially crowded during long holidays, so I recommend buying tickets in advance.

It is easy to use, just open the link on your mobile phone and give it to the staff to pick up the ticket. This is a well-preserved castle. The castle tower has a lot of information and you can also visit the teahouse. There weren't too many people, so it was a comfortable place to stroll around. There are enough parking spaces in the parking lot.
