The package includes round-trip hotel transfers, a professional driver, fuel costs, highway tolls, and mandatory vehicle insurance, ensuring a worry-free and comfortable journey for the whole family.

Additional Fees
Additional charges for other pick-up and drop-off locations (please pay the driver on-site). **Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to Taichung city area. Additional fees will be charged for locations outside Taichung city area. An extra fee will be charged per trip (e.g., pick-up in Taichung city area and drop-off in Xinshe will incur an additional NT$1200; both pick-up and drop-off in Xinshe will incur an additional NT$2400).
Explanation of additional fees for non-chartered service areas in Taichung: NT$500 for Taiping, Dali, Wuri NT$800 for Wufeng, Wuqi, Qingshui, Dadu, Longjing NT$1000 for Fengyuan, Houli, Shengang, Waipu, Shigang, Dajia, Da’an NT$1200 for Xinshe, Dongshi, Heping
- 4 to 6-hour chartered cars cannot cross county lines. 8 to 10-hour chartered cars can cross one county line, with an additional NT$1500 per trip.
Overtime fees (please pay the driver on-site)
- 5/9-seater car: NT$800 / per car per 60 minutes
Child seat rental fee Taiwan law stipulates: Children under 4 years old are required to use an infant bed or safety seat; it is recommended that children over 4 years old and under 120 cm in height use a car booster seat; please note the child’s date of birth, height, and weight when booking. An infant seat costs NT$200 per day. A 9-seater car can accommodate a maximum of two child seats, and a 5-seater car can accommodate one.

Important Notes and Purchase Information
Reservations and Changes: If you need to postpone, please notify us 7 days before the experience date. The postponement period cannot exceed 20 days. You cannot change the original vehicle model, number of vehicles, or number of shared passengers. Postponements will not be accepted within 6 days of the experience date. Any additional charges incurred due to weekdays, holidays, consecutive holidays, or peak travel seasons must be borne by the traveler. Itinerary and Services: This service provides a chartered driver for pick-up and drop-off, meals, and sightseeing consultation, but no tour guide service. Although the itinerary is planned, the driver will make appropriate adjustments after discussing with the passengers based on the traffic and weather conditions on the day. For a five-seater car, the maximum number of passengers is 4; for a nine-seater car, the maximum is 8. Reference car models are TOYOTA Altis / VW T5/T6; specific car colors and models cannot be designated. Pick-up and Communication: Please depart on time at the scheduled appointment to avoid affecting the itinerary. Delays due to personal reasons will be calculated from the original scheduled time. Service personnel will contact you one day before departure; please ensure your internet connection is smooth and check for messages. Passengers must provide at least one contact method. If pick-up cannot be completed due to inability to establish contact, this cannot be used as a reason to request cancellation. If a scenic spot is canceled due to force majeure, please contact customer service for a partial refund. In case of temporary traffic control, you may need to pay for a shuttle bus transfer at your own expense. Riding Regulations: Eating, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the driver’s seat back, spitting out the window, and littering are prohibited inside the car. If any items in the car are damaged or soiled, compensation must be paid at the original price and settled in cash on site. Bringing any pets is strictly prohibited; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the trip without refund. If a wheelchair is needed, please fill in the dimensions in the order remarks column; no additional fees are required.

Booked an 8hr ride going around Taichung. Wuqi Fisherman’s Wharf, Mitsui Outlet Park, Gaomei Wetland, Rainbow Village and finally ends at Tsutaya Bookstore. The driver was friendly and accommodating.

We got a driver named Ken. He was very helpful and chatty. Which made him not only our driver but also a mini tour guide. Grateful to have him as a guide and helping out with taking pictures for us. We planned our own trip so he just followed through our itinerary without questioning which is great.

Do not book this if you plan to go to Qingjing farm. We booked it thinking it will allow us to go there but we had to top up another NTD 1,500
I was worried since it was my first time in Taichung and I had my children with me, and I didn't know the area at all, but I was relieved to have such a kind driver. I really appreciated that they looked up the destinations in advance and were mindful of things like business hours. I was very impressed that they came with us to the places, translated for us, and took photos. They flexibly suggested recommended spots that my children would enjoy, and we had a fulfilling time. After the booking was confirmed, it was easy to contact and confirm the itinerary. The driver arrived 10-15 minutes early and we were on our way. Because of weather, we cut one of our stops short and added another location.
The driver, Mr Huang was very prompt and helpful throughout the trip. He shared interesting stories about the city and gave useful tips on the places to visit in Taichung, which makes our 4-hour trip really enjoyable!
We had a great time with our driver Mr Qiu as he was friendly and accommodating! Sent him my itinerary beforehand and he gave us some recommendations on where else to go that’s nearby. We were able to go to Zhongshe Flower Market, National Taichung Theater, and the outlet mall! He also helped book our lunch spot as the initial place we wanted to go was fully booked. Highly recommended to book a private chartered tour for Taichung!
It was hard communicating with the driver in English, but we can see he was trying his best. The places we wanted to go were not grouped in the same package, so we had to pay extra fees for these locations. These made the whole trip more expensive.
