My husband and I booked the simple beauty course for two hours. The room had two beds lined up next to each other, and there was a shower room, a bathtub, and a dresser, so we could put on makeup right in the room after the treatment. If you wanted a stronger or weaker massage, you could indicate that with your thumb and pinky, respectively. That's very easy to understand. The hand massage was so wonderful that my husband fell asleep next to me. They also provided round-trip transportation, so we were treated to the best of our ability. I highly recommend this spa.

It’s a nice experience with great services! Transportation between hotel is included. The 180 min spa & massage experience is also very good ! Only mark down is the water temperature of the spa which is not hot enough. May be the tank is too big to fill ! Anyway nice and relaxing experience!

I had a very good experience, just like other users. The spa is very large, and there are plenty of staff. It wasn't crowded, so I felt valued as a customer. I brought my children, and they were very kind and helpful without making any unpleasant expressions. Both therapists were very professional, and I had a great experience. I would like to come again next time.

Both the body massage and head spa were so good that they couldn't be compared to other spas. The oil they used had a great scent and was very relaxing. The cost performance was very good for 6,000 yen for 2 hours. I'll come again.

Staying at Mulia in Nusa Dua, it was incredibly convenient that they picked us up for check-out and then dropped us off at the airport after our spa treatment. This time, I chose the massage and facial package. The environment was clean, and the massage techniques were excellent. I highly recommend it.

It's a long treatment of 125 minutes, and it comes with a hotel pick-up, so I think this price is exceptional! The surgical technique was also wonderful without complaint. The location is in the city, so it's not very quiet, but it's a spacious store and the back is like a different space. The staff could speak a little Japanese, and the explanation was solid. It was also fun to choose the essential oil by ourselves first. The time flew by. I highly recommend this spa!

great hotel pick-up and airport drop-off for traveller who like to have a nice ending of the trip b4 flight. the driver was punctual and polite. however, the reception didn’t serve welcome drink until we request, the ending ginger tea was too spicy to drink. the building is little dated.

Overall it's okay, but there's still room for improvement. I hope it will be even better when I visit again in the future. The scent of essential oil is too strong, please lighten it up

Since I was staying at the Conrad Bali, I arrived in about 10 minutes on foot. Both the front and inside of the shop were very clean and gave a neat impression. All the staff members were very cheerful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The treatment itself was also very thorough and felt wonderful. The 90 minutes flew by. The ginger tea afterward was delicious and refreshing, and I left feeling great. If I ever come to Bali again, I would love to visit this place.
