ZEN Family Spa in Nusa Dua Bali

This is located on the main road of Nusa Dua, about 3 km away from the Marriott Garden. It costs more than 10,000 rupiah by motorbike, about 6 yuan per time. This is cheap because I want to do a hot stone spa. It says 3 hours, but it is actually 2.5 hours. Because the remaining half an hour is for bathing and drinking tea. No other place in Nusa Dua has a hot stone spa, only this one has it. The room is a bit simple, the toilet is a bit dirty, and it is open-air. The massage technique is okay. Anyway, I fell asleep, just to experience the hot stone massage.

face massage is shorter than 15min , massage was good, room is nice , shower is good. drink is hot tea , no air con at the foyer as renovation works. could have been better but easy to use with Klook

It was amazing being able to get a 3-hour massage together with my husband in the same gorgeous room. The esthetician's technique was wonderful, the customer service was great, and the price is too cheap compared to other places. I was very satisfied! For Japanese people, the esthetician's strength is stronger than in Japan, so it was the right decision to choose a weaker massage strength. They also kept our suitcases for us, which was very kind. It's a highly recommended spa that I want to visit again. 🍀

The massage was generally okay, with decent pressure and technique. They also worked on the scapular gaps, which successfully relieved back tension. However, there is some room for improvement: 1. It was too cold. When the scrub was applied, my whole body was shivering. 2. Having two guests shower together was a bit awkward. 3. The hygiene standards could be improved. There was no toilet paper in the restroom at the time, and the toilet seat was somewhat damaged.

The service was good and the therapist were professional and made the experience comfortable for 1st time visitors like us. Recommend for couple as they do have a great deal.
