Medium bus 18-seater (including infants and young children) (can carry 17 passengers + 10 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, we recommend that you book a suitable vehicle type so that you can carry all your luggage. - Child seats are not mandatory. Please reserve in advance if needed. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. The child seat occupies 1.5 person space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. Please be sure to confirm in advance. Additional child seats are subject to an additional fee of 2000 yen/piece/day. More than two safety seats need to be confirmed with customer service.
- The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours. The pick-up and drop-off points are hotels or homestays in Osaka city (a deadhead time will be reserved for the driver for pick-up and drop-off in different places, or additional fees will be charged). The service time is 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably so that you can fully enjoy the attractions.
- Empty car fee: There may be a price difference for departures or ends in different places. If this occurs, customer service will confirm with you again after placing the order.
- After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication about the itinerary and vehicles. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before using the car). Please pay attention and wait in the hotel lobby for the driver to pick you up at least 10 minutes in advance.
- If the actual car usage exceeds the service time or travel distance, overtime fees/excess kilometer fees will be charged.
- If the total trip exceeds 300 kilometers, JPY300/kilometer will be charged.
- For consecutive guests, if you stay in a city outside Osaka, you need to subsidize the driver's accommodation fee: 8000 yen.
- Overtime rentals caused by traffic jams will be subject to additional charges regardless of natural causes or traffic control.
- During the peak season for travel in Osaka, there may be an additional price difference of JPY10000-20000 (the specific amount will be confirmed with you by customer service after placing the order. If you have any objections before the order is confirmed, you can cancel the order). Please pay the driver in Japanese yen cash on site.
