This is a point to point transfer to the Shiroi Kobito Park, very well-organized with sufficiently advanced and clear qnotice via email of the time schedule and driver details. Driver was very punctual and polite. He also helped us get thru the line without queing. The whole program was well-planned and the cookie baking lesson was fun and therapeutic. while mostly spoken in Japanese, some simple English was used by the instructor and that was adequate. the night Illumination at the park was beautiful, and since sunset was about 4pm, u can enjoy some photography! would recommend if u want time efficiency.

The Shiroi Koibito Factory was more magical than I imagined. The theming was excellent -almost like the beginning of a Disney ride. The day before we were informed of the plans with the name of our driver -Mr Nakamura. He was so warm and friendly, helping us to check in. The cookie making/ decorating session was therapeutic . One advice I would give to travellers is to go earlier in the day if possible. That way you will be more likely to get time to order a special souvenir tin with your photo on it.

The driver will pick you up at the designated location. At the beginning, he will provide a brief introduction, write down the car number and the agreed return time. After arriving at the park, he will lead you to the entrance counter in the park to collect the ticket and enter the park to start the experience in the park! The actual time of the hand-made experience in the park will not reach one hour, which will give you a lot of time to slowly draw your own White Lover (the on-site staff will tell you the latest time to complete it). During the process, they will also enthusiastically assist in taking photos. It is a very good experience! Most of them are parents who bring their children to experience it~

organised trip for our group of 8 pax. we took two cabs there and everything was organised for us. saves us time to get there and back with their door to door service. straight to the ticket doors, and to the class. we have sufficient time to explore too

the driver assigned to us Mr Oomae is friendly and showed us great hospitality. he is patience guide us along. although language is a barrier but Google translate solved it.

Taxi pick-up included (can be assigned to a designated location) is very friendly to family guests (2Y & 4Y families with small children) during the snow season. The staff responsible for the course description for our group only speaks Japanese but can understand it better than drawing; it is interesting for 4Y children. It is easy to use and has a sense of achievement. 2Y children need an adult to assist them throughout the process (the duration is 50 minutes and they are a little unable to sit still and need comfort)

Well organised. Was very good although the language barrier is there. Get to take the cookies you make and decorated with you in own box. The transfer was also excellent.

Personally felt a little disappointed about the whole event. the baking classes was way too simplified. I was expecting some baking class like making of the pastry but they already pre-made it. we just wait for it to bake and decorate the cookies. good for kids but not value for money
