Miyama Snow Lantern Festival Day Tour from Osaka/Kyoto

It's a pity that we didn't encounter snow during this visit to Miyama, but it was really relaxing to walk around. The place is not big and it takes about an hour to walk around. I look forward to encountering beautiful snow next time I visit Miyama.

My family and I had a great experience with this tour. The drive was long but at least we had stop overs on the way to and from Miyama. The village itself was beautiful, although there weren't many people around. It was also good that there were stalls there selling food.

Making snow lanterns should be done by one person, but it’s just a candle and a transparent disposable cup. Booked the second round and it was great. So much fun. The atmosphere was so local. Even though there was no snow the last time, it was worth it. The guide could speak English and was easy to understand. I liked it.
