Where can I be picked up or dropped off?
Shanghai Disney Resort: it has destinated parking areas for the Disneyland, Toy Story Hotel and Shanghai Disneyland Hotel, which you might need to have few minutes walk to the pick-up area or after drop-off. Pudong District and Downtown: Pudong (inlcuding PVG airport), Yangpu, Hongkou, Zhabei, Putuo, Jing’an, Huangpu, Changning, and Xuhui and Hongqiao (including SHA Airport)

Does the service allow amendent?
Yes for amendent requests that are raised 1 day before the participation date on pick-up or drop-off time, date address, flight number and number of participants (subject to the booked car type)
Does it accept same day booking?
Yes but only accept pick up time during (10:00-21:30), please book at least 4 hours prior to the Pick-up time

- Please note: If you are not planning to have overnight stays at Disneyland hotels, the pick-up and drop-off location is appointed at Mickey Mouse Parking Lot, following the regulation made by Shanghai Disneyland Resort. There is about 15 minutes walks from the parking area to the park gate

Very affordable and hassle free option to get to Disneyland from downtown Shanghai. We are a family of four and instead of getting our legs sore from riding the Metro, we opted to avail of this service for comfort. Our driver was also very careful.

Big, clean car, waiting at the hotel. As for the rest, you should allow 1 hour after the fireworks so you don't have to rush. Walk out to Disney Town, go out to the bus parking lot, a little past the big bathroom, the first bus, to the Disney Hotel, which will only let people staying at the hotel board. Let's close the email that has confirmed the booking to show the driver. You have to wait a while for the bus to leave. It will arrive in about 10 minutes. The reserved car is waiting in front of the hotel.
Absolutely excellent chaffeur service. Co-ordinator will e-mail you the day before, informing you of the driver's contact details and car plate number via e-mail. The driver will also hold up a signboard with ur name at the designated Mickey carpark so that you don't have to search for the car in midst of all the chaos. water is also provided~ I would 100% recommend booking this service, as the chaos is too much to handle after a full day of disneyland... and you can imagine the level of fatigue (this was even though I went to disneyland alone..) I saw other reviews that didi was so hard to catch since there were alot of others trying to book one too. I would like to give special mention to the co-ordinator (eddy) and my driver (hu guang chun) as I had left my straw (part of my disneyland bottle) in the car and they helped to check and delivered it back to my hotel for me. This was at no additional cost and honestly, no obligation on their end to entertain my after-service request.
driver has no WhatsApp but contacted via email. entire process was hassle free and convenient. ride to Disneyland was smooth and quick. driver dropped us off at Disneyland entrance instead of the hotel lobby as requested. highly recommended!

The car arrived to pick us up ahead of time. The car was big. The driver was polite and well-versed in the route. The car was clean. Overall OK. I like it. I'm very impressed.
The driver was waiting for us in the parking lot, which was very convenient. We arranged to be picked up at 10:30 PM after the fireworks, which was extremely helpful. We had time to use the restroom and walk to the car. After the fireworks, there are usually a lot of people, so having a car pick us up was the most convenient option. The price was also affordable. It was definitely worth it, and the driver was already waiting.
If you plan to stay in Disney till night, this would be the best opyion. Don’t have to deal with the private car service from the Mickey carpark for prices, etc. The driver will meet you there with your name. Easy and convenient
