How to use:
- Select your delivery route, date, and time to make a reservation for a hands-free travel experience.
- You will receive an Order No. via email from LuggAgent within 24 hours.
- To ensure the service works smoothly, please add LuggAgent on social (LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram...). Information will also be in your confirmation email.
Service Process:
- Airport/Station to Hotel: Send out luggage at the airport/station from 9 AM to 6 PM. Retrieve luggage at the hotel before 9 PM, same day.
- Hotel to Hotel: Store luggage at the hotel before 11 AM. Retrieve luggage at the hotel before 9 PM, same day.
- Hotel to Airport/Station: Store luggage at the hotel before 11 AM. Retrieve luggage at the airport/station from 3 PM to 9 PM, same day.
Luggage Guideline:
- Each bag must weigh 32kg (71lbs) or less.
- Each bag’s total length + width must not exceed 180cm (32 inches max per side).
- We accept suitcases, cartons, backpacks, strollers, and briefcases.
- Please ensure your booked luggage quantity matches your actual luggage. Extra luggage may be refused, and any loss will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If your luggage exceeds the limits at check-in, we may refuse it or charge an extra handling fee: $15 per bag for overweight/oversized luggage.

- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Present your passport or photo ID to retrieve your luggage.
- For luggage deliveries to/from the airport/station, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- For luggage deliveries to/from hotels, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge
- For luggage deliveries from hotels, the drop-off time is not the time when the driver collects your luggage, so you can just leave the hotel after taking photos of the luggage and storage receipt
- For Airbnb deliveries, we provide personal on-site collection and delivery for a $25 service fee per address

The lugggage service was pretty fine, tho it’s not recommended if you have a very late flight like 1 or 2am for there service is only up until 9pm. Although we were late and paid a reasonable price of penalty which is 45 yuan, the service was excellent, the driver cannot speak english although he smiles a lot and waited patiently for us. They will communicate via email in a real time way, very quick response! Overall excellent service!
It was very convenient. We left our luggage at the hotel, and the company picked it up and delivered it to us at the airport. We were able to continue sightseeing without having to carry our bags, and then we picked them up at the airport. This made traveling and shopping much easier.
The service was excellent, helping us save time during our trip and avoiding the hassle of carrying our luggage around. We wanted our bags sent from the airport directly to the hotel, and once that was done, we could continue sightseeing without wasting any time.

Similar to Yamato Transport in Japan, they handle luggage pickup and delivery so you don’t have to carry anything around. Smooth, reliable, and saved us a lot of energy. Not the cheapest, but definitely worth it.
Have ever used this kind of service at Tokyo and happy to find it in China too. The agent contacted me via WeChat and kept me updated. But I didn't expect that luggage will be delivered that fast. Luggages was collected at 10.30 am and already reached my other hotel at 12.40 pm. Very happy with their service. I strongly recommend to people who change hotel during stay in Shanghai like me (city centre hotel to near Disneyland hotel), save your time and less hassle.
Highly recommend!! The day before use, I received an email with instructions. The next morning around 9 am, I left my luggage and reservation details at the hotel front desk. The luggage delivery driver picked it up and contacted me via the messenger I had requested. I used WeChat. Before going to the airport pickup, they sent me a picture of my luggage and its location. There was a 15-minute delay due to traffic, but I was able to receive my luggage without any problems. If you are returning home late on the last day, it is good to put your shopping and luggage in your suitcase in advance, send it to the airport, and enjoy playing in the city comfortably. Whether it's Hongqiao or Pudong, the airport is quite far away, so it's hard if your luggage is heavy ㅠㅠ
It's convenient to contact the baggage handler via WeChat. You can leave your luggage at the hotel, and they'll pick it up themselves. When receiving the luggage, the wait was a little long; the delivery person brought the luggage late. I recommend arranging the pick-up one hour before check-in time, as they don't have luggage storage at the airport and likely transport it from elsewhere. Overall, it's very convenient, and nothing was damaged or lost.
