- Domestic: All arriving passengers are to introduce themselves at the Exemplar Desk before collecting their luggage. The Exemplar Desk is on the left immediately as you enter the Arrivals baggage hall
- International: All arriving passengers are to collect their luggage and clear through customs. An Exemplar representative will meet you at or near the Exemplar Desk in T1 Arrivals, directly in front of you as you exit Customs. Passengers will then be directed to their coach. Note that all Exemplar “seat in coach” transfers are shared, scheduled services
- If you have not made contact with an Exemplar staff member within15 minutes before your pick-up time, please phone +61-040-975-9375 ASAP
- Passengers are required to make contact with Exemplar Coaches 24 hours before departure to reconfirm at +61-07-4213-3333, 7 days, 09:00 – 17:00
- Your service should arrive during the 20-minute window outlined in your confirmation. You must be ready and waiting outside your pickup point and given the road for the entirety of your pickup window
- If you miss your allocated service, please contact Con-X-ion directly on +61-755-569-888 (international) ASAP. Ask your hotel/concierge if you require assistance
- Please ensure your mobile is switched on if the host needs to contact you
- Passengers the host cannot locate / contact may not be eligible for a refund or reimbursement

[Airport to Hotel] Very convenient to use. After entering the airport and before baggage claim, you'll see an Exemplar counter on your left. Check in at the counter with your name, and they will tell you which parking space the driver is at. Then, proceed to collect your luggage. Once you exit the airport, you'll be in the pick-up area. You'll easily spot the driver holding a sign with your name on it. There are many hotels/hostels to choose from for drop-off. The service is very attentive, with assistance in handling luggage, and the driver will chat with passengers.
[Hotel to Airport Transfer] Very convenient to use. The car was comfortable and easy to recognize. You'll receive a confirmation email suggesting you call 24 hours in advance to confirm your pickup time (although I didn't do that). Because the service picks up multiple passengers along the way, expect a possible delay of around 20 minutes. The driver provided excellent service and chatted with passengers. The drop-off order is domestic airport first, then international airport.
Pick up was incredibly smooth! The driver was easy to spot with a clear name board on arrival, making our transfer stress-free. Friendly service and prompt timing—highly recommended for anyone needing airport transfers in Cairns.
This time I was alone and had the whole trip to myself. I had to get a car from Cairns Airport, but this seemed more reliable than Uber. My luggage took a while to arrive, so I made them wait, but they assured me that it was okay. It was a combination of a car and a transport vehicle, so I think multiple people could sit comfortably even if they shared the ride. It was a little difficult to choose a drop-off point (I had a hard time finding one near my hotel), but if you prioritize reliability, this is a better choice for peace of mind.

Easy and fuss-free. Counter directly to the left as you exit arrival halls
Because of the flight delay, I was worried that I might miss the last booked flight. Fortunately, the counter staff patiently guided me after I left the lobby, and the friendly driver at the door was not impatient because of the delay.
Arrived not much later than scheduled. Arrived at the airport ahead of schedule. When I came to Cairns, I also booked another company to pick me up. As a result, I was delayed in customs clearance. They left without waiting for me. I contacted the head office again and they said it was not during business hours. This company is quite reliable.
They also loaded our luggage into the back of the car and were very kind to us. The driver was also very cheerful and we had a great time.
