a very cozy place with great reception, great therapist who always remember you when u revisit and customize your needs. great location you can have a walk nearby the rain sha tsui and grab some cakes afterwards at the hotel lobby bakery shoo too !

returning for a nice massage and facial for winter, after an exhausted week. always feel relaxing to return here with friendly staff and therapist who remember me . there is also so Christmas decoration and Christmas hampers available at the lobby now.

The environment is clean, and the discriminatory gestures are skillfully executed. The only downside is the lack of a resting area for tea drinking; you have to sit on the massage bed to have tea. The afternoon tea is quite delicious, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Klook's 10-day gym pass is flexible and reasonably priced, and has been purchased and used many times. It is really enjoyable to take a sauna after exercise. The staff is very nice and the environment is clean.

My friend and I have tried spa at several hotels and this was one of the best experience we have had so far. Even though the health center is located in lower ground floor, small swimming pool, no refreshments (e.g. fruits) were provided, the therapists' skills and professionalism made up all of that. Our skins were glowing (smaller pores and clear skin) after the session. We'll definitely come back again! Don't forget to have the dessert at the Lobby (not included in the package) as well!

The swimming pool is relatively thin and can only be soaked in water. For me, the massage pool is relatively weak, the fitness room equipment is okay, and the hotel has slippers and basic body wash products for a short rest. The staff's service attitude is very good.

always feeling relax and good after a therapy here as a returning customer , will come back again later when I have time. convenient location and always great to grab some cake at the hotel bakery shop at the lobby before leaving and the location is great to have a catch up dinner with friend afterwards

The massage environment is comfortable, there are not many people on weekdays, and there is a sense of space. The afternoon tea is the Lobby lounge. It is the same menu as the usual afternoon tea appointment
