A truly fantastic experience at the Busselton Underwater Observatory. Descending 9 metres to the seabed was fascinating, and we were lucky enough to see several schools of fish, crabs, and an impressive amount of coral growing on the structures. It was amazing to observe marine life so close up without getting wet. Our guide was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this for all ages.
Lovely experience. Went to the counter and told the staff that I had made booking via Klook. She asked for my name and that's it, they have the record. Seats are assigned as the paper ticket issued upon redemption will show which compartment you're to go to. The train leaves on the dot. Ample parking lots near the jetty and it is free. Be there early though as it was quite full. Maybe because we were there on a Saturday. Whole activity is 115 minutes. The tour duration is short and lots of time is left for self exploration. You can walk to the end of the jetty for great photo-taking.
The journey was fun and exciting. The train rides were nice, and the underwater observatory was alright, but the knowledge of the tour guide was the best. I enjoyed the experience.
nice train ride to the underwater experience. quite small area but nice to see the fishes while being dry. guide was a bit fast but still can understand. meorable experince for family.
easy to book by purchasing the klook pass perth. we were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery while hopping on the train ride that brought us all the way to the underwater observatory.
awesome experience! Very good and detailed tour guide. Learnt alot about conservation efforts by the locals and the divers there to maintain the place.
It is very convenient to use the voucher to exchange for tickets at the gift shop. The clerk will provide paper tickets with compartments for taking the train. We took the compartment 4. Each compartment has 6 seats. We can take the train. The sea breeze is very comfortable. I recommend it ~ The guided tour service of the underwater observatory is also good. The explanations are clear. I also saw a lot of algae that you may usually only see by snorkeling. It is an eye-opener. I recommend it to anyone who has time in Western Australia.
redemption of tickets are easy. Just go to the counter and they have your booking record. Easy to locate as well and the experience was good for the kids.
