The staff were friendly and accommodating when I had to change my booking and the head spa experience was wonderful. The products smelled nice and the pressure for the head and shoulder massage by my therapist Candy was perfect. The store is located in a shopping centre and not all of the three rooms have a door, instead it’s only a thick curtain but it unfortunately doesn’t block out all noise and I could sometimes hear people shouting in the shopping centre. But I would still come back again!

After the scalp analysis, you first know what problems you have with your scalp. The staff are very attentive in their explanations. They will choose different products according to the scalp condition and prescribe the right medicine. The VIP room is so comfortable and has a massage chair👍👍👍
The location in Tsim Sha Tsui is convenient and easy to find. The staff is attentive and polite. After the scalp analysis, he saw his thick cuticles and took the initiative to pay more for deep cleaning. The treatment has a separate space and a high degree of privacy. The overall feeling is good. , after completion, the store clerk explained the package discounts in detail, but did not put too much pressure on you to buy. I didn't buy anything in the end, and their attitude was still friendly. The quality of their products is so good, I will consider purchasing them later...

Satisfied, I did a scalp analysis first to choose the right cleansing products. The washing and care process is very careful, with massage techniques to relax the scalp.
The service attitude is very good. The staff had to explain carefully. After completing the treatment, I bought a hair cream. After using it, the moisture in my hair increased and my hands felt much softer👍🏻
