Arcana - Head Spa & Scalp Care | Tsim Sha Tsui | Kwun Tong

This was the first time to have a hair spa in Arcana as recommended by my friend. When I went into the center, I felt all staffs were very friendly. They introduced the processes of spa in detail. I will visit Arcana again when I come back to Hong Kong.

Had my hair appointment here and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in hair salons/spa. The lady was so professional and so amazing overall. Shw explained my scalp analysis and how to wash my hair properly. Thank you Vanessa! Definitely recommend!!!

Convenient location, nice environment, and private rooms with a view, but the value for money is just average. The hard-selling could be less aggressive.

I really liked the head spa experience and the view is amazing, but the hard-selling was a bit too much. They tried to sign me up, a tourist, for a 20-session spa package , reduced to 10, then 5. I vaguely remember the price being really high, like 30K HKD or something. When they realised I don’t come to HK often, they tried to sell me scalp care products for another astronomical price again. Kind of ruined the experience for me and left a sour taste in my mouth. I regularly go for scalp spa treatments back home and even my own salon doesn’t push such packages on me. Other than that, just the spa itself was great.

The sales pressure to buy additional packages and products was too much. I repeatedly told them no and they kept trying to pressure me.

Many of the activities/attractions inside were unavailable.
