Borghese Gardens and Gallery Skip the Line Tour

It was a guided tour which was effectively organized. But the highlight was the guide Bianca. She was was not only well informed about what she spoke about but also engaged each of us in the group with questions and quips. She made the experience very unique by specifically focusing on her view of the exhibits and not just trying to cover all the facts. I learnt a lot about the exhibit in way I would remember and cherish a long while. The gallery is small and focussed on specific sculptures which also one to impress yourself deep into specifics too. Lovely experience overall and highly recommend. Especially if you can get a passionate guide as we did.in this instance.

When you arrive at the scene, there are highly recognizable staff members. You are not afraid that you will not be able to find someone to report. Due to the time limit of the venue, you can only stay in the venue for 2 hours at most. The guide will pick some of the more famous works for explanation. 30 minutes to walk around and take pictures by yourself

Highly recommended the Borghese tour. Lovely museum with an amazing collection of art work. The tour guide was informative and passionate about her job. The only downside was the museum staff. They were rude (especially the ones at museum shop)

Tour guide Bianca was great, taught us a lot about the amazing artwork in the gallery. The directions for the meeting place was clear and easy to follow. Definitely worth it.

The guide was really cool. She was an Italian woman who spoke sophisticated British English. Her explanations were detailed, very professional, and kind.

After many visits to Rome, I have visited many other places such as the Vatican, but this is my first time to visit. Bernini was a wonderful museum where you can see genius artists.

The tour guide's explanations are lively and interesting, and the activities are moderately long so you won't be too tired. There are many beautiful sculptures and art works worth seeing.

Obviously I ordered an English tour but the platform changed it to a French tour. I asked the online customer service before departure, and they said that tour in french might just be the name of the itinerary (?), and I still had to go to the site to participate in the itinerary, which made people very dumbfounded! Using this platform to arrange overseas itineraries has no guarantee at all. Two bookings for the entire trip were blocked, and the package rate was 100%. Consumers had to run around to deal with the crisis. Although the platform has refunds, the process is exhausting and the itinerary has been disrupted. This trip shared 3 platforms to arrange the itinerary, but this kind of oolong incident did not happen in any other family. If you want to travel with peace of mind, you really have to think twice.

We are highly disappointed in this booking managed by Klook. We would like to bring up 3 issues regarding the tour. Firstly, the meeting checkpoint and directions given were unclear. We arrived at the place stated in the booking on time and waited for a solid 15mins at the indicated place. To our dismay, found that there was no tour guide. No phone number or point-of-contact were given to us and we were left stranded, resorting to asking other tour groups for guides and directions. By the time we found Crown Tours, we were slighted with the fact that the tour guide had left without us. To make things worse, the lady from Crown Tours informed us that we were wrongly booked under a ‘French Guided Tour’ when in the website advertised by Klook, there was only a ‘English Guided Tour’ for selection. Secondly, she told us there was nothing she could do about it and handed us the tickets for the museums. We questioned if we could go for the next english tour and she gave a resolute dismissal , telling us that the tour after was fully booked. We had to do the museums by ourselves despite the fact that we paid for a guide. We were then rudely informed only after 30minutes of waiting at the designated spot that we would only have 2 hours left for the ticket and the gardens would close by 5pm. This made us question what the point of booking a guide was even for. We also were angered at the fact that she told us about this time constraint only after 30minutes of us waiting for her response in the sweltering 36 degree heat. Furthermore, it was not our fault but Klook’s that our booking was wrongly allocated. Why were we paying for the mistake in kind? To end off, we left our contacts and contacted customer support for a full refund, and after nearly a week, there has still been no response. Negligence in booking system, disorganisation of the tour, unclear instructions and poor customer support. These are the key issues relating to our experience. We are deeply displeased by Klook’s unprofessionalism in handling their systems and customers and will not be engaging their services again should this issue not be resolved.

I was going to do a tour after arriving, but the guide was sick and couldn't come, so the tour manager gave me another option on the spot, so I went on a tour with an audio guide.
