This bus doesn't exist. The departure locations are all listed differently, and I took my 75-year-old mother to three different locations to look for it, but other travel agencies all said it's a non-existent company. The QR code on the voucher also shows no information. My mother had to walk for an hour, and we had to return to the cruise after only 1.5 hours. Not only did it ruin our schedule for today, but it also ruined our dream of visiting Rome. I request a quick confirmation & refund.
