The Palazzo Pitti at 9am showed a comparatively calm and quiet side of Florence. The history, art and architecture were all well worth setting aside a couple hours to explore. Next we went to Boboli Gardens, which despite some fairly extensive preservation works in some areas, was a beautiful visit. We had a hiccup with the tickets and weren't able to access Bardini Gardens, but Klook customer service was responsive and helpful to resolve this issue. Would highly recommend this combined visit while in Florence.

Please, everyone, don't be fooled! This is a complete scam. You buy this tour and can't redeem the tickets at the venue; you have to buy new ones. When you contact customer service, they ignore you and just tell you to provide proof that you couldn't redeem the tickets. The people at the ticket booth told us that this ticket has been invalid for a long time. I sent a photo of the ticket I bought to customer service, and they still didn't accept it. It's terrible, terrible, terrible. They're cheating consumers out of their money. Service: Terrible, terrible, terrible. Cheating consumers.
