2D1N Moc Chau Tour from Hanoi with Vietnamese Speaking Guide

The highlight of our Hanoi trip Moc Chau is one gorgeous place and a part of me is glad that this is not popular with international tourists because it was able to keep its countryside / province charm. We are thankful to our tour guide Anh, for accommodating us even though this trip is more suited for locals. We had a great time and will definitely be back to explore more.

It was a fun two-day trip. We started by meeting new people, and by the last day we had made quite a few friends. The attractions at key points were also fun, and the time flew by. I thought it was a good way to plan a weekend getaway.

The schedule on Klook was to depart at 6:45, but the bus already left at 6:30. When I called, they called me a taxi, so I went to where the bus was waiting and joined them. Other than that, it was generally satisfactory, but I would definitely not recommend it to foreigners. The guide was kind and took good care of us throughout the entire itinerary, but communication was very difficult as he did not speak English at all, and the accommodation was a 2-star hotel, so it was honestly difficult to wash and sleep. Other than that, the scenery was so beautiful and nice.

I am very satisfied with this village tour and the guide was very good. It is good to write this review, but I will give my opinion about other products, such as the 1 night 2 day Muktzuu product. Please explain in detail when applying. I applied for Muktzuu and went, but is the entrance fee collected separately? The contract says that the entrance fee is separate only for the glass bridge, and they ask us to pay the entrance fee at every place we go. I feel completely scammed. You should have explained it from the beginning. It is not about money, but I feel like I was scammed. What use is a review? And I do not know where to contact with inquiries, but when I emailed them, they replied only a few days later and it was really too much.

The Klook schedule said to depart from the Opera House at 06:45, but actually departed at 06:20 (of course, there was no prior contact) and we had no choice but to take a taxi and meet at the rest area while paying some expenses. The guide was kind and did his best, but he spoke English It was inconvenient in many ways because it didn't work. The biggest problem is that neither the guide nor Klook contacted us about the schedule change in advance. Admission fees for all attractions visited for 2 days and 1 night are separate (paid to the guide each time), even if it is an approximate estimated amount. I think it is necessary to inform in advance (the amount is not small), and at the end (although the amount is not large), tips for articles and guides are also requested, so this is also necessary. If you cannot communicate in Vietnamese, it is too inconvenient, so recommended I never do that
